Boutique Websites customizes websites to fit your business' need. However, I needed a specific logo…read moreto be created. He designed a Cat logo keeping in mind that I wanted to be artistic, appealing and original. He later told me that he had to draw out the design using a specific software program. When I first saw the logo, in purple, I was speechless. It was more than I could imagine myself designing it. Being creative and innovating, he certainly caught my eye in knowing what his customer wants in a logo. First try, and he got it right!! Verdict: I would certainly go to Boutique Websites to create a logo that is true to my business. Also, having web design as another offer, I just need to go to one company which is fantastic. I already know they can produce quality work, so the more services provided the better.

I found Boutique websites by accident while stumbling upon another beautiful website that was…read morecreated by Alex. I loved it so much that I clicked on his logo and it led me to his page. The whole time I thought he was in my city (Vancouver) when really he was contacting me from Ontario. 3 hour time difference, but that didn't stop him from being so communicative and professional. Alex did what I would never imagine I'd ever have. I was always struggling with websites and computers and never knew where to start. He knew the exact questions to ask (it was a fun questionnaire he had me fill out) and really understood my needs. It really helps that he is also in the events industry because he was able to target my weaknesses in marketing and really drew on what I already had, as well as my strengths. During the 2-3 months of building my site, Alex was extremely patient with me. I gained a new position in a reputable catering company which kept me working lots of overtime and so I had little contact with him. I also had to reschedule our meetings several times. Not once did he show any signs of frustration or impatience. This helped alot because as someone with a full time job and a side business, I was juggling alot on my plate and was feeling stressed. Alex made many edits to the site after my feedback. He knew exactly what would work and what wouldn't, so that helped with the decision making process. I am so happy he was my designer for this project as I would literally have just left my old site as is forever. If you take a peek at this amazing site: www.elleweddings.ca, you can see that he has spent countless of hours creating and designing this. I am picky and he catered to my pickiness. Thank you so much Alex! I am looking forward to showing this off to everyone.

Terrible experience. After completing due diligence on four different SEO marketing firms located…read morein the GTA, I selected Kinex. As the owner of a trades business, we decided to switch SEO providers to try and boost our online leads via Instagram and Google Adwords. We set a healthy monthly budget for SEO advertising of $3000-$7000/month. KInex uses offshore labour to implement many AI generated ads which didn't match the vibe or tone of our business - poor grammar in ads, out of place pictures and clown background music in ads. Worse still, Kinex didn't geofence the ads so these ads were displayed on Google and Instagram far outside our clearly specified service area. The "leads" Kinex said we received from Instagram were clearly from bots because we would call the contact info from the lead and the person we would call would have no idea who we were and we were calling. Kinex measures their success based # of leads so generating bot leads is good for them. Our ads were seen in Northern Ontario, Collingwood, etc...whereas our service area is the Niagara Region which simply just wasted our ad spend. Even worst still, Kinex implemented "branding" campaigns on Google whereby if you were searching about cats you might see our ad even though we have nothing to do with cats, we like cats but we're not a vet or breeder. What we clearly articulated to Kinex is that we wanted to create more dedicated leads for the services we provide. They didn't do this. I terminated Kinex after only 7 weeks and the worst part is we ended up with less leads, less quotes, our top of page position and impression share vs our key competitors on Google both dropped dramatically. At the end of the day, I spent $4000/month + ad spend with these guys and my business was worse off after engaging them. One last note, when trying to leave a review of their services and my experience for some reason its impossible to leave a Google review of an SEO marketing company that "specializes" in Google advertising. Seems strange, no? Stay away and as a business owner, feel free to contact me at c24758291@gmaildotcom and I will share more specifics of my experience so you don't get burned too.

After the initial deposit, Amir was not responding to our emails for weeks. We decided to not proceed with Kinex media and now fighting for our initial deposit which Amir is denying to return. They have listed big client names on their website which is a trap to similar victims.
