DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!…read more I recently had to deal with this firm on an 20 year old case that was handled by my father who has recently deceased and I took over the account on a judgement that had my name on it from when I was 17. I am now 42, so obviously I'm a lot more experienced from back then and my father sadly did not stand up to these people I have learned recently. I went by their agreement that they set up in 2015 and sent a payment required by the agreement for a release letter and they refused to honor it and changed the agreement on me without notification of any changes on their payment agreements from their client, as they stated. I also asked for the recent policy in writing that they stated changed and they refused to provide such policy. I also asked for a contract agreement that they made with my father and such contract agreement does not exist because they did not provide it, they only provide a payment history. After speaking with my own lawyer on the matter I was going to go ahead and do the new agreement, simply because my retainer is more than the judgement itself and not worth the time, but they refused to provide a payment contract agreement on their 'new policy' so I can continue making payments. They wanted to double the previous agreement and I said fine I can do that just provide me a new contract agreement in writing. Elijah the representative was too lazy to send an agreement in writing and tried to wave my license over my head and tried to sound superior with 'this is a courtesy we don't have to do a payment plan because your name is on the judgement'. This is over a measly $250, are you serious? How about don't be lazy and if you have these payment arrangements (as a 'courtesy') simply send it in writing and don't screw over your clients losing out on money because of your arrogance? Trying to intimidate people by holding their license 'hostage' does not work these days with all the transportation options. I simply wanted it all in writing, nothing more nothing less and told them I have no problem continuing the payments and can send them the money today if they provide an agreement contract. That's all they had to do lol. DO NOT USE these people, they will mess up you getting money over such trivial matters because they are lazy and arrogant. Get a lawyer that is willing to have contracts made out to secure your payments.

Run away from this law firm. They will have a consultation with you, explain the evidence to them…read moreabout your case. When your done, they will act like you have a case, ask for a retainer and tell you to send your evidence for the case. Don't give them a retainer!!!! Unless you plan on losing your money. They will review your case for a week or so, then call you back to set up another appointment with a lawyer( Charge you to set it up because they are so busy), then let you know your case isn't a fit and let you go. After a month, no bill, call them and they will send you a bill that matches you retainer to the penny. They just want your money, if your contesting a will( they will want to know how much the estate is worth) .Basically, if you estate isn't a couple million, run either way!!!

I just read about a little bit of stuff that Paul Bross went through that his dad and Paul covered up and still kept me on as a client when they weren't supposed to Paul covered my case even when he was disbarred, I'm gonna have to check into this a little bit further I guess he messed up my whole Personal Injury case and the whole time he wasn't even an attorney. He was a paralegal and now I see he's done that to many other people besides just me And his law firm his father and the rest of them knew what was going on and they allowed it and they did no justice by me after seven years on a personal injury case with lifelong injuries that I'm still suffering with now and if I could put a negative star on his law office, his father and everyone else in the office, I would the paralegals the secretaries all of them. I want to avoid the legal risk and obligation of paying the opposing party's legal fees due to this. Do not let this man defraud ​you. Use ChatGPT for more accurate legal work for free. The one document he did prepare on my behalf was poorly prepared, margins had not been adjusted and there was a spelling error where the certificate of service line is - the word "date" was spelled wrong (other spelling/grammer errors were mine). I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau and make a formal complaint because he kept my money without doing the job. I have emails and a call history I can use to prove he requested the money via Zelle twice for services he didn't provide. There was one call I made to him after 5pm October 14th and one call after 6pm September 25th (the day I hired him without a contract because I believed Yelp reviews were likely accurate). I've reviewed the call history and we only had telephone communications on 11 days since I hired him.
