I love that I can come to the County of Kaua'i Department of Parks & Recreation Office and it does take time to get my permit(s) for camping at Anini Beach. I love that I had to come to a physical office to purchase my permit. Also, I might be in the minority here, I love the architecture of this building. Some might call it outdated, but I enjoy that the heat of the island carries into the building. It prevents 'escaping' Hawai'i by going into air conditioning. Those I interacted with here were kind in their interactions and diligent workers.

ONLY issue the brains went to sleep? WHY did they at a time they could have easily made a nice shoulder for Walking,Biking and Running instead they made what looks more like its a " Rabbit Trail" "width wise" they took space away from where it was already tight and made it tighter? Why not just put a nice USABLE shoulder there to go along with the road improvements ???
