In person window #3 politely stated they could not answer the question and called the supervisor. I was told I need to talk to the Assessor's office and when I stated they referred me here it got ugly. My repeated questions and responses were apparently out of the 'supervisors' area of knowledge, they got angry and ordered me to leave. Later I called to speak to the Collector's office Manager. Very hostile but said she would look into the matter and call me back with the correct department. She called me back and stated there is no record of me speaking to the Assessor's office and inferred I must be lying, and can't help me. Suggested "Possibly a legal matter" Sincerely, a disrespected Senior citizen, Veteran and neighbor. Leesburg Fl Post office delivery person doesn't want to help with package delivery. She left a…read moreform for me to sign for a package. I went up the following day to ask about the package and she said in an angry tone that it was at the post office. When I asked if she could leave it in a locker she said no, the package was too big. When I asked her what size the lockers were so that I could ask the business I ordered the order from to put items in smaller boxes in the future she couldn't tell me. When I asked her when she would be at the mail box area sorting mail again so I could get the package from her she couldn't give me a time. When I asked her if she could bring it to my door (I'm in gated community) she said it was too far for her to go (less than a mile), even though there trucks go by our area all the time. When I went up the following day in hopes to find her sorting mail she had left a nasty note telling me that I missed our appointment (we didn't have an "appointment", she couldn't tell me when she would be there again) and if I want the package to go to the post office to get it. I take care of someone and am homebound. I can't get to the post office. I've reached out to the post office and they said they would get the package to me. So far nothing. I don't know if they said that to get me off the phone or if they plan on helping. It shouldn't be so difficult the the post office to deliver mail.
