The eviction took a long time despite it being straightforward and uncontested - nearly five months from the posting of the initial 3-day pay or quit notice to the final step of the sheriff's deputies removing and locking out the tenant - but that was due to the slowness of the court system and sheriff's department in LA County. We were very happy to get our property back, and as mom and pop landlords who are not familiar with all the laws in California, we couldn't have done it without Casey's help.

My story is kind of unique. I worked for an automotive bodyshop as their parts manager. The…read moretraining I received from them was marginal, at best! The woman that owns the business was a tyrant who constantly verbally harassed me. She would berate me in front of other employees and in front of customers, to the point I hung up on a customer because she was yelling at me. Anyway the stress I was under was causing me to lose sleep, she cut my hours so I was struggling to pay my bills. She wouldn't fire me, because she didn't want to deal with workman's comp, which caused more stress. I got a new job (thank God) and walked out without notice, but it kept bugging me that she treated me that way, so I reached out to The Abramson Law Group, and started the process of a workman's comp lawsuit. The attorney that was helping me was Morgan, and she is Awesome! About a week after I filed with them, I decided to just drop the suit. I did not want to take time off from my new job to go to Doctor appointments or to court, so I asked Morgan to just drop the suit! She said, OK, but why don't you let me see if we can get a Settlement from the insurance company, I said go ahead, but no court and no doctor appointments. Well she was good to her word, the insurance offered a settlement without doctors notes or court! I am 100% satisfied and will be recommending the Abramson Law Group to anybody that asks me who I would recommend! Dan Marshalll

After they filed suit against my former company for wrongful termination, and my former employer…read moresaying they would agree to take the matter to court, this law firm dropped me like a hot potato. They're NOT litigators. They wanted to pass my case onto another law firm. Then, for a worker's comp, they have be consistently calling and emailing me, causing me a lot of undue stress. I asked them respectfully to stop, but their methods turned into harassment. One case worker said they would stop contacting me, while another continued with emails and phone messages. It got so bad that I had to block their phone messages. Then, they use another phone number. I should have known something was bad when my phone never accepted their phone calls saying their phone numbers were listed as scam. They've obviously done this to many other people. Then, I Googled real reviews. Not good. Be careful, and don't believe their reviews.
