There is also a customer services department for refunds and queries. It is an extremely busy store but nevertheless there are ample checkouts and the staff deal very efficiently with the queues so the wait is never too long. There is an excellent range of products and the store seems to be kept reasonably tidy compared to the smaller branches.

As a result this isn't somewhere i would shop regularly but only when i wanted to treat myself or if i needed a special outfit. The sales assistant that welcomed me in at first intimidated me as i'm the kind of person that just likes to be left to look. But after picking out a couple of things to try on she gave me some great advice and helped me find things that would suit my figure without being pushy at all. My favourite things i last saw in there were some great biker/walking boots that were gorgeous but i think i'll have to put them on my Christmas list to santa and hope i've been good enough this year?! Clothes are above average in price but understandable given the uniqueness and quality.
