Amaris is passionate, organized, calm under pressure, knowledgeable and NICE! She's extremely professional in every way. My bridal party loved her. My vendors enjoyed working with her and my family was in awe of her ability to make my vision come to life. Amaris helped me plan my wedding from start to finish. She assisted me in picking every vendor. Although she had her own recommendations, she didn't push them too heavily on me (although we did pick a few of her highly recommended vendors). She was available by phone, email, in-person meeting, carrier pigeon (lol) at any time of day. She ALWAYS had her notebook/planner with her and kept track of all of our contracts and notes. I never ONCE had to take notes myself or keep track of the details. She also didn't work alone. Be weary of any coordinators who do everything by themselves. Something is likely to be missed or forgotten. She has a whole team of staff who assisted in bringing in my decor, setting it all up, AND CLEANING IT ALL UP! I did not have to lift a single finger AT ALL. Even with the best laid plans, issues arise. At my wedding, people showed up without rsvp-ing. Amaris scouted out additional tables and she had extra table cloths, center pieces etc that she brought with her (bc she's always prepared). She created more seating in the blink of an eye so that my guests were accommodated. When I walked into my bridal suite, she had a beautiful bucket of champagne and sparkling juice for my bridal party. She also moved constantly in the background! She handled all questions, comments, concerns with grace and never became flustered. Lastly, she made my vision come to life. She has an entire floor in her home dedicated to ALLLL things wedding. A storage facility for tables, vases, flowers, table cloths, chairs etc. she was able to do a LIVE mock-up of my centerpieces on the table. When I asked to see many different table cloth combinations, she had them available. SHE IS AMAZING! I asked for a broach bouquet and she had a breathtaking one waiting for me when I arrived at the bridal suite. She is amazing at what she does and you will be lucky to have her. Lastly, she handles various budgets but never allows anything to look cheap or basic. Her design suggestions are diverse but always classically beautiful. I look back at my pictures and I'm just in awe!! She was a joy to work with.

Beware of people like this and reject their cheap asses and their unjustified opinions right away. Red Company Atlanta is a professional company. Extreme attention to details and vast knowledge to know when and where to react and rectify a situation. Beautiful set up and perfect display for an enchanting event. Everything was perfect even with all the glitches! BTW RCA knows all the vendors and ins and outs of pricing so you will be $$$ ahead to go with full planning! Don't cut corners where your special event is concerned. I don't understand why some people lie to vent and get their way when it's not true and they are the one who caused their own problem by being cheap and trying to scam a vendor.

I was pretty overwhelmed trying to organize a wedding in Atlanta where there are a million vendors for everything. The Wedding Box had a very clear understanding of my vision and budget. Stefanie would only refer vendors to me that she knew I would like and could afford but was also extremely willing to work with anyone that I had found on my own. This includes the awful, heinous, mean (think of every bad word you can come up with) woman at my venue that almost put me in tears (btw, I am NOT a crier). In addition, she would negotiate when necessary, which was essential to me because I am really not good at it. The day of the wedding certainly would have been a disaster without my awesome planner. The Wedding Box team took care of every detail while I drank champagne and got ready with my girlfriends. I arrived at the venue and was able to enjoy my day completely stress free. You can only imagine the amount of scheduling conflicts and mishaps that could occur with this type of planning, but because of Lana I was able to enjoy the entire process stress free. From vetting and hiring local vendors to selecting flowers in the LA flower district she was there every step of the way. Being the LA native I'd assumed she'd need my help maneuvering but she was actually one step ahead me making sure everything detail was taken care of. I was always kept informed as to the status of our wedding, from creating schedules and timelines to tracking the budget I knew I was in good hands with Lana. My husband and are both creative individuals so we had a lot of our own ideas for our big day. Lana was able to weave all wants and needs together without pressuring us or diminishing our vision. On the day of our wedding to say I was amazed is an understatement. Every table was set perfectly with custom photo booth frame place card holders so our guest had a special gift to take home with them!
