I came in…read moreand they answered questions and helped me understand a new bicycle that was purchased elsewhere and then showed me how to properly attach the bike rack to my car without any charge. Just after I left, about 5 minutes away, a deer bolted from behind and hit my new bicycle and some of my car. I went back to the store and they kept the bicycle overnight to review the damage and did not charge me for their time. The frame was damaged and I was told the bike could not be fixed properly. Jason was extremely patient and helpful and tried, over multiple visits, to find the perfect replacement bicycle for my style of riding and body size. Jason, and the rest of the staff, were always pleasant and even offered online selections and made recommendations of new designs and colors that would hit the market soon. The customer service experience at this Trek location was wonderful and was far above my expectations. I would recommend this store to anyone, without any hesitation.
