See a lady and her husband get a pair of shoes and go about their way... the guy came back gave me the shoes they fit and he turn and said I have to walk these shoes up to the register.... I said oh now that I have two pairs of shoes I get and escort to the register but 40 mins ago I couldn't even get someone to help me now I have some funky shoes yall have the secret service escort me to the front! My boys this is money we are spending and we didn't have to take this half ace service being given to us... turn to the guy and said thanks but no thanks we will go someone where else where we are a priority! Went to the other shoes store JDs and 10/10 compared to what dicks gave us... bought 4 nice pairs of shoes and if dicks keep it up they can cancel me cause I won't shop where my dollar isn't worth it. Half of these kids working don't even wanna be there... but are hired on the spot just to give their shifts away.... Wake up it's only a matter of time they will all be replaced... they got two stars because they're some good employees there the service that say was the worst by far.

The good thing about this store is definitely the selection -- you really don't need to go elsewhere to find nearly everything you need (although with Meijer's, Target, Best Buy, and a mall nearby -- nearly everything else is covered). Typically the store doesn't get super busy except on weekends, but it's not difficult to shop here in the evenings instead to avoid crowds. Cleanliness is alright and the arrangement of stock is alright as well. One thing that may surprise people is that the quality of groceries here is actually fairly good. Despite being known as a bargain store, the produce, meats, sauces, frozen items, etc. are of good quality. I would still go to County Market instead if given a choice, but you can get all your food here out of convenience.
