See a lady and her husband get a pair of shoes and go about their way... the guy came back gave me the shoes they fit and he turn and said I have to walk these shoes up to the register.... I said oh now that I have two pairs of shoes I get and escort to the register but 40 mins ago I couldn't even get someone to help me now I have some funky shoes yall have the secret service escort me to the front! My boys this is money we are spending and we didn't have to take this half ace service being given to us... turn to the guy and said thanks but no thanks we will go someone where else where we are a priority! Went to the other shoes store JDs and 10/10 compared to what dicks gave us... bought 4 nice pairs of shoes and if dicks keep it up they can cancel me cause I won't shop where my dollar isn't worth it. Half of these kids working don't even wanna be there... but are hired on the spot just to give their shifts away.... Wake up it's only a matter of time they will all be replaced... they got two stars because they're some good employees there the service that say was the worst by far.

This store manager, Tommy Williams, allows customers to return food items after they have left the…read morestore, and instead of throwing them away, he puts them back on the shelves for resale. However, if you bring back a food item that is still within Walmart's return policy window but has expired, he will deny the return because it cannot be restocked and, in his words, "the store takes a loss." The store is going to take a loss either way because, whether there is a quality issue or someone returns a food item within the return window and nothing is wrong with it, that item should still be thrown away. Once food leaves the store, there is no way of knowing how it was stored, handled, or what someone may have done to it before returning it. Just because a food item has not expired does not mean it is safe to put back on the shelf for another customer to purchase and consume. I'm not sure how his reasoning for refusing a return makes any logical sense, but I guess it doesn't require much knowledge or anything beyond a high school diploma to become a store manager in a town like this. No wonder some of the food here goes bad so quickly, and you can even find items already expired sitting on the shelves. It makes you question what is going on at this store when the manager himself admits to restocking returned food simply because it is still within its expiration date. Customers should be aware of this because it is unsanitary and raises serious concerns about food safety. You have no idea what someone may have done to a food item after purchasing it, and customers should not have to worry about whether the food they are buying has already been in someone else's possession and returned to the store.
