Insulin keeps me alive and I need these prescriptions sent it. I had express scripts (my mail pharmacy via tricare) send a request for a 3 month refill on 1/27. The office still has not responded. I have called and left SEVERAL voicemails and have no response or call back. I never get a live person; only AI then voicemail. I am not dangerously low on insulin. I've never been in this position before but I need a prescription to get insulin and with tricare, can't easily change my provider. I am going to start rationing insulin over the weekend and then go in person on Monday but I'm honestly extremely worried. This is a life threatening situation if I run out of insulin.
