So, if you are looking for a specific brand or food don't be surprised that they do not carry it. But they have all the essentials... eggs, produce, milk, cheese, yogurt, meats, frozen goods, ice cream, chips, crackers, snacks, breads, a small deli, paper goods, cleaning goods, swim stuff, kitchen stuff, etc... you get the gist. Plus, it's in a little strip mall along with a coffee shop, the Purple Cow gift shop and near Farm Kitchen Market. It also has a beer, wine, liquor section which is super convenient so that you don't have to trek to another store should you want some adult bevvies. Super convenient if you are staying in FHS. My husband chose the oatmeal raisin cookie. It was way too crunchy and not much flavor unfortunately. I adore meringue and was intrigued by the unique shape of theirs so that was my choice. Perfection! My big issue with meringues are the gumminess inside the big fat ones. This design remedies that and I will be buying a piping bag and making mine this way forevermore. The chocolate dip was a nice, yummy touch as well. My latte was strong and tasty! Had me buzzing a bit and probably was not a good idea to then sit for about 2 hours in the car as I was hopped up like a spider monkey once we got out of the car in Banff. hahaha!

The seating area inside is very simple, but they have a nice deck outside so during the summer it must be lovely to sit there. Lots of road bikers stop here to take a break and fuel up.
