On my visit back to Cebu I finally decided to make a reservation and try the restaurant out with my bestfriend. She says they've since expanded, but the restaurant still seats around 10 persons. The place is a little hard to find if you aren't with someone who is familiar with the area.
Due to dietary restrictions I cannot consume raw food & seafood. That left me with the choice of the beef soba, and a side order of the tofu, topped with what they claim as "land caviar" (it is vegetarian). The food is very flavorful yet light. Truly highlights the freshness and quality of ingredients used.
I also like that you didn't have to touch anything in the restroom - much of it has motion detection, including the toilet bowl.
