Seller and I did not know the routine of mold and water damage seller assumed that this could be taken care in the timeline we needed to close. Water damage in the attic I needed to find someone to remove insulation, so Steven Dennison could start. Seller approved both bids. After Steve's workers finished clean up of attic they then started on the mold in the bathroom, I had to figure out when the repair for drywall and paint would be completed to schedule the insulation blown back in (I had them on stand by) and the total job would be completed. Extended the close, New buyer did the final walk-through and loved the work, then closed.

Put in 1 fan (no dehu, no wall,) and ssaid itd dried out enough on its own not to need more. 3rd day, 3 guys. Vaccuum the debris, applied antimicrobial to several floors. 4th day heidi came out. Said it needs asbesos testing and got annoyed at the microbal growth in the locations where the leak occured, where the most damage was. The crew leaders? Great. The crew and Heidi? A completely unprofessional person who put up road blocks every step of the way. The moving of furniture was discussed with her prior to initiation or work, but the guys who showed up day 1 had no idea so didnt bring a 3rd guy with them that day. As a property manager and person who works in the office of a contracting/construction company? Believe me when i say: This has been the worst experience with a company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Here we are, 3 weeks from the initial bid, and all they managed to do was remove the pile of pulled carpet, tack strips, vaccuum and apply antimicrobial to about half of the 850 total square feet. Heidi should be ashamed of herself and scott, the owner should get office staff that is competent, can communicate and can be professional.
