Please do not use this cleaning service! I requested a deep clean for my MIL's house, as we were getting it ready to put it up for sale. No furniture was in the house and it was freshly painted. I asked them to focus on the bathrooms and kitchen, vacuuming and washing the floors. Unfortunately I wasn't there for the cleaning, when I went by the house I was so extremely disappointed. Outside cabinets were not wiped down, the floors were never washed, top of dishwasher was not wiped, outside oven door not cleaned. we paid $420 for a very mediocre job at best. My SIL and I had to clean everything that they left behind. After sending an email they offered us a complementary clean but I want is a discount to what I had already paid. Used this company based on a review from reddit. The team is absolutely lovely - quick responses, really nice, kind people (who also worked around a painter and us moving in); however, would not recommend based on the actual clean. Hired for a 'thorough move in clean'. The cleaning job was quick wipe downs using water and vinegar. Left streaks on cupboards and still lots of dirt in corners and edges so my mother in law and I had to spend money on better cleaning supplies and an extra day cleaning on top of moving in. I was told a price per cleaning hour (they were here for 5 1/2 hours). I thought for $300 or so it was fine, I could deal with it. Turns out it was per cleaning hour PER PERSON (it was never mentioned or offered of additional people) so when I received the bill for over $600 I was pretty angry. They did offer to come back and finish the clean which I really appreciated, but I had a small window to move in and just needed it done so I was left with more work and a budget that was exceeded (they did give a very small refund for about an hour of work) read more
