I did told to Leila you would require 2 people to carry this big rug. She insisted that her driver is an expert on this kind of job. I said fine. When the driver Mohammed arrived he said that I had to help him to carry the rug into his van. I said am sorry I can not do that as I am a guy living with a disability. Mohammed said over the phone if you can not help me then I leave and he hung up the phone call on me. No one bothered to call me and follow up with me to ask what has happened from the cst side. This is far the most horrible service I ever encountered in the GTA.

Worst cleaning services -AVOID at all cost…read more Merry Maids was once the best cleaning company and provided very detailed services however thats when Chris was the owner! The new owner is now Mo since hes taken over the company its gone down the drain, if you dare to complain about the cleaning services that was provided he will become extremely rude take things personal and will even go as far to insulting his customers. Mo is the furtherst thing from the word 'Professional' he forever holds a grudge on customers whos complained. SERVICES over priced $110/HR, horrible cleaning result. some cleaners pretend they have cleaned rooms which they havent -there known for skipping clean looking rooms. They dont follow instructions of paying attention to certain details, there HORRIBLE with timing and seems to me they need to upgrade there vacuums since they brake down often! I always hear the cleaners complaining and gossiping about the customer/customers home while they are "cleaning". New cleaners getting hired every week, not one cleaner wanted to stay long in this company its evident its mangement issues infact most cleaners who i spoke with voiced concerns of being mistreated by Mo and felt as if they are being used as ponds and how the owner is under paying his employees making $250/weekly FULL TIME base. I felt sorry for some of these cleaners not being able to pay ends needs. I highly recommend looking into another cleaning company. Mo is known for telling his cleaners to stay longer in customers homes who are paying by the hour even if the work was finished much sooner. SAVE YOUR MONEY
