So for Xmas I got my wife 6 months of cleaning service from No More Chores as she is running everything by herself and could really use the help. After a few visits I'm really impressed by the service here. The cleaning lady who comes is really impeccable and worth every penny. She doesn't speak much english but totally gets what we need help with and does a bang up job each time. On top of that, the customer service and response time to emails and inquiries is top notch here. I realized they had us listed down as 3 bathrooms and 0 half bathrooms, so I emailed to say it should have been 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Within an hour I got a response saying "Thanks for letting us know, we made the changes and also set a refund for past two cleanings accordingly." Very impressive. These guys are pricey but worth it, folks.

Since we no longer live in Toronto, I am unable to have them recleaned by the company. The smaller rug was as dirty as it was before cleaning. This carpet had been in a bedroom that was not used often, so the dirt was just from slippers. The larger rug now has an orange-line stain (see picture). I'm surprised by all of the excellent reviews since both of my rugs were not cleaned properly. The rugs were picked up, cleaned, and returned in under two weeks and the delivery men were pleasant and efficient.

They left toilet paper in the toilets and didn't clean them at all, they didn't clean the bathroom floors, they didn't dust or clear cobwebs from ceiling corners, They left screens off the windows they'd cleaned, they cleaned 2 of the 7 light fixtures we asked them to clean, their carpet cleaning didn't get 1 spot out of our carpet, our grout and couch are way cleaner when we clean them ourselves. Total waste of money. When we spoke to them they just said they cleaned a lot and we got a great deal at $850 for a deep clean that we still had to clean after, they didn't offer to remedy anything or even apologize for the horrible job they did. Don't waste your money like we did.
