I had to request it a couple of times and finally received it over 3-weeks later. The bad: His appraisal came in really low. The house is in great shape, remodeled and received two comps from two separate Realtors that were shocked by his proposal. He was way off and I'd be a fool if I used his numbers. The house could have been cleaner at the time; but we were in the middle of packing. Still a trained eye should be able to overlook it; especially when he is supposed to look at sq footage, upgrades, the area and comparable sales. It felt like a stab in the dark with his number. I made the request that he re-evaluate and consider raising his appraisal to at least the mid-upper range from the eight market comparisons provided within the 3/4-mile radius. On two separate occasions he said he just got back in and would get back to me. He never did and I finally gave up on this guy. This appraisal was a waste of time and money and would go elsewhere for your appraisal needs.

I was actually on my way to the ER when I happened to discover this place. I arrived just 5 minutes before closing, and they had already packed everything up and were ready to leave for the weekend. But the moment Tali and Juan saw how urgent my situation was, they immediately stepped in to help without hesitation. It took more than 40 minutes to carefully remove both of my rings. They used a special manual ring-cutting tool and were incredibly patient and careful to make sure my skin wasn't injured.
