After one of the fans was installed, I discovered that the fan I had ordered from Home Depot's website was actually the wrong one. I was so disappointed and frustrated, but Jonatan immediately put me at ease. He simply said, "It's not a big deal. We'll get it fixed." I told him I would just keep the fan because I didn't want to inconvenience anyone, but he wouldn't hear of it. He said, "No, I want you to be happy. This isn't what you wanted." He encouraged me to go exchange it, left to complete another job, and then came back later that afternoon to install the correct fan. He made sure everything was perfect before he left.
