On the 5th week, I had to go get everything done again. Also, when I told Dr. Strong I was having sharp pain, she said additional numbing wouldn't help and blamed my anxiety. I had to advocate for my pain relief quite hard and didn't feel like she took me seriously. The additional numbing worked within minutes.

From the moment I walked into the ER through my entire stay, I experienced nothing but kindness, compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. Every doctor, nurse, day and night staff member, front desk employee, and even the housekeeping team treated me with such warmth and kindness. They truly made a scary and unexpected situation feel so much easier. I will forever be grateful to the entire Christus team for taking such amazing care of me.
