They did however discontinue Delta Dental insurance so I now pay upfront and ADG submits the paperwork to Delta Dental and I usually get reimbursed within 3 weeks. They have always provided me information upfront regarding what is covered and what I should expect. I have always been well treated by all staff and have never had issues like mentioned by the one star reviews. I have an appointment this week and was sent an e-mail with all costs upfront last week. If my opinion changes, I will do a follow up review.

Blamed the lab for losing them, which may have happened, but White Sands Dental did not call me once to give an update. I called multiple times. On the 5th week, I had to go get everything done again. Also, when I told Dr. Strong I was having sharp pain, she said additional numbing wouldn't help and blamed my anxiety. I had to advocate for my pain relief quite hard and didn't feel like she took me seriously. The additional numbing worked within minutes.

Also, his staff told me that I'm using the wrong kind of solution for my contacts, and gave me a coupon for new solution that's compatible with my contacts. It made a huge difference in terms of the contacts getting much cleaner, and I appreciate that they were so thorough as to ask. Great experience, would recommend them to everyone.
