You've got yourself a legally binding will, power of attorney, health care advance directive, etc. Betsy also told us everything about death we wouldn't have even known to ask. Plus, she and her husband even come to *your* house for a signing party so you get the documents right away. As named beneficiaries to our Uncles Estate we have had nothing but problems being able to get the money that was left to us. It has now been 19 months 22 days and still no idea when this will be resolved. Our Uncle though he had tied up all the loose ends with a good Will but that didn't happen. It took more than a year to get the executor to step down with no help from the Law firm even though his dimensia was clearly holding him back from handling his duties. Once he stepped down The law firm gave the executorship to Partners In Care and neither they or Mr. Kellogg can tell us how either are making while working on our uncles estate issues. Mr. Kellogg has never once taken calls from our family. Mr. Kellogg did not step in when the executor showed signs of Dimensia nor did he step in when executor was over stepping his duties and blocking the named beneficiaries their funds. We understand all of the above people including the stock broker met through their Catholic church. Our Uncle would be very hurt as well as mad to see his money being wasted and not going to his beneficiaries as was his desire. Our family would not recommend this law firm.
