Every bedroom, bathroom, and closet is transformed into a display of clothes, toys, and all the sweet-babe-paraphernalia you'd ever need! Prepare to feel a tad overwhelmed, especially if there are more than a few patrons in there with you. There isn't much space for browsing, but you're going to need to browse because there's a lot to take in. Lack of space isn't so much a complaint, however; I think the close quarters adds to the overall aura of Zoe & Jack. I think you're supposed to be breathing in baby gear! Be warned - nothing in here is cheap. I know it's a boutique and so things are gonna be costly, but I don't know how anyone justifies spending $80-$100 on a dress for a 6 month old. It's like one foot of fabric and your little darling will grow out of it in no time! I don't doubt the quality of these products however. There were so many gorgeous pieces that seemed more like a work of art than a onesie... And there were a lot of items on sale, too, so don't think everything is astronomically priced. Several sections of clothing were 30% off, and one was up to 70% off. Plus, the toys and plastic dishware were very reasonable. Come in here to grab a unique baby gift for your mama friends, or an outfit for a special occasion. I wouldn't do your everyday "I'm out of socks that fit my child" shopping here, but it's definitely a sweet venue to peruse!

It was quite apparent that she was keeping a close eye on me. My friend has a lighter skin tone, while I have a darker complexion, and it felt like the staff's attention was directed at me in a negative way. The other employees were also blonde with fair skin, and one had light brown hair but still appeared fair. The woman in the olive green jacket was not monitoring my friend or the other customers, which was disheartening. I had heard from friends in various parts of California about the racism faced by people of color, but I had never personally encountered such unwelcoming treatment until today. The experience I had at the store, where I felt discriminated against because of my darker skin tone, is completely unacceptable and highlights a breakdown in customer service and inclusivity. It was troubling, and I felt singled out and uneasy during my visit, which contradicts the standards of effective customer service and professionalism. When customers feel unwelcome or face discrimination, it can greatly affect their overall experience and may drive them to seek alternatives. In this instance, I decided not to support a business that made me feel unwelcome and discriminated against. I hope the business owner(s) will recognize and address issues of racism or discrimination to foster a safe and inclusive environment. While I understand that businesses have the right to determine how they treat their customers, the way I was mistreated, profiled, and discriminated against is intolerable. I hope this raises awareness for other people of color regarding such behaviors and the lack of customer service they may encounter in this establishment. I'm sorry I didn't take pictures due to my experience or else you know I would've had many pictures for you all to look at. I hope POC have a better experience than I did if you still decide to check this business after reading this review. Happy Yelping and SYOY

The interaction came across as rude, and my husband felt disrespected during our time in the store. As a Hispanic man, the situation was especially uncomfortable for him. We truly wanted to enjoy and support this business, but we left feeling uneasy. I hope this feedback helps encourage more thoughtful and respectful interactions with all customers. Because of this experience, we won't be returning.

There was no wait. The Store Associate with lots of tattoos on her arm was friendly. She offered basically one dollar for each item or $7.20 store credit. There was one item by Cat and Jack that had not been worned and tags still on them, that I was hoping to get more cash but, nothing? So, if your kid's need something. Come look around here. They have brand names and a variety of everything. If, you wanna sell your Kid's clothes that they don't wear or have outgrown. You can take them here but, they won't give you much cash.

I would not be surprised at all if this was a franchise deal because it was night and day in the amount of differences between the two locations. Where Arlington was organized and clean in appearance Fort Worth was not. Where Arlington had air conditioning Fort Worth did not. Where Arlington had bins for customers to place their items for sale in Fort Worth did not. Where Arlington had no limit on how many bins I could drop off for consideration to sell, Fort Worth had a two bin limit and then told me it would be days(multiple) before I would hear back from them. I'm not trying to be mean but there is a chasm of setbacks that Fort Worth kid to kid needs address for a drastic change towards improvement if they wish to compete with the Arlington kid to kid or even stay in business themselves. Will not be going back
