Recently, Riley's Family Homes completed a total exterior makeover of our home, and we're thrilled…read morewith results. We've hired several contractors over the years (some good, some not so good), but this was our biggest project by far, so it was important we find someone we could easily communicate with, and trust. Riley's exceeded our expectations in every singe way. Aaron and his crew are knowledgeable, punctual, professional, extremely organized, and they do business with the utmost integrity. The workmanship and attention to detail on every aspect of our remodel was outstanding and we could not be happier with the results. We went into this remodel with a vision for our home, but we needed guidance. Aaron patiently answered every question we had (there were so many), handled the entire permit process with our town, returned calls, offered design and materials suggestions, and really helped bring our vision to life. Aaron's level of customer service is second to none. Aaron and his team gave insightful advice that comes from years of experience, and they did a great job of really listening to what we wanted. They guided us through every step of the process, were exceedingly patient as we changed and added elements throughout the remodel, and pointed things out to us that would be worth reconsidering. We quickly learned we could trust their judgement, and we're so glad we did. Seeing our house come to life has been such an exciting time for us. From start to finish, this has been an enjoyable project thanks to Aaron Riley and Riley's Family Homes.

We have employed Allegheny Restoration on several occasions for home renovations. They have…read morereplaced a 7' retaining wall, constructed a wheelchair accessible bathroom and most recently completely renovated a kitchen. The team coordinated suppliers and sub-contractors over a 6 week period. They were considerate of our privacy and kept dust and intrusions to a minimum. The cost was estimated accurately and while not inexpensive was in-line with local costs. Pete Rob and others are easy to speak to and responsive to requests. A few problems with the original design (done at Lowe's) were handled promptly and professionally. Recommended without reservation.

I paid 11,000 for a 12ft by 16 ft flat rubber roof. I expected good quality work for that price…read more What I got was sloppy work, damage to my house, and a mess to clean up. I warned the salesmen about my siding where it meets the roof. He assured me it wouldn't be a problem. The installers cracked my siding and tried to patch it back together with calking. MHI also dropped something on my downspout leaving a large dent. The rubber they laid down was wrinkled and bubbled, not flat. I paid for trash removal as part of the over priced roof. I did not have any skylights installed. The trash MHI left behind included skylight boxes. It seems they just unloaded trash from their van on my lawn. They promised me quality. They did not deliver.
