George, the "owner" is a disrespectful, misogynistic, snake-like crook, and he likes to hire them too. After 7 days, of a 3-4 day job, not one room, of an entire interior paint job, was completed, not even a closet. Refused to complete the job at the standard hired. Threw cigarettes butts all over my driveway. Left my trash can filled to the brim, unbagged. Left a trail of mud and paint all over my cabinets, floors, trim, doors, furniture. Covered my electronics in dust. I also have the owner on video asking his subcontractor "When was the last time you smoked?". He likes to say it's about cigarettes but we all know it's not. I also have the contractor on video attempting to regain access to my house after I told him he was no longer welcome inside. He will get in your face, even if you're a woman. I was told that George needs to talk to my husband "man to man" and in private. I was also told I don't live in reality cause paint was COMPLETELY MISSING from a wall that he refused to accept. George also threatened me when I told him I was going to be leaving a bad review and sharing the videos I have. Literally saying "You better not; I'll come after you." Oh will you George, will you come after me for sharing the truth about your crooked company??? I could go on and on and have so much video from this company that is just horrendous. I have reported them to the BBB as well as the Consumer Protection Division and shared the videos with them. Seriously, this was the worst experience we have ever had. I, as a woman, have never felt more uncomfortable and uneasy with a group of men at my house. Do your research. After taking a weeks to communicate back a quote he finally got there and stated the work, and of course was 7 hours late on the first day. Anyway he was paid the agreed upon $2400 on day one of the job. I needed some additional work done and in text messages we agreed on $600 for the extra work making the job $3000 in total. He never finished the work leaving things unpainted, leaving slat wall not mounted correctly and not straight on the wall, just over all very lazy, quick, half fast and unprofessional work. Told him to come back and finish his work and I'd pay him the extra $600 well he calls me an A** hole and sends me a bill for $1050?? Guy literally just started making up charges. I spent a lot of time reviewing our cameras and creating a time line of his work and this shady guy literally tried to charge me $45 per man hour for the whole job again, its like he forgot I already paid him $2400. On top of that he got into it with my employees, he farted in front of a customer in our store. I have reported this company to the Attorney General and BBB, buyer beware! I am in process of working with the West Virginia Attorney General's Office and filing a civil suit with the West Virginia Magistrate Courts. Please contact me for relevant documentation, court filings, and a more detailed summary of his fraud. From poor performance/timeliness, drinking on the job, not showing up for days at a time, and then abandoning the job site with a fraction of the work completed - he had to be fired. For an 18k+ contracted job he performed less than 25% of the work after drawing $12,000 in funds (about 60%) and then had the audacity to send a grossly exaggerated statement asking for more money due after he was fired. This was after drawing another 1/3 payment and cashing the check, just a day before he walked off the job. This is an absolute garbage company and individual, and if you do business with him and his company (just him, no employees) you will soon find out for yourself - avoid at all costs. After many attempts to get him to live up to the contract and then to leave the job and refund the over payment for work not performed, he went radio silent and forced me into the legal process.
