My mother in law had called right at that moment so we elected drive thru to keep on the phone with her. Long story short, when we finally left the drive thru line I had been on the phone for 49 minutes with my MIL. To add to it, once we were in line we were stuck, there were only 4 cars ahead, but it took nearly 50 minutes to get to the front, as soon as I got there I was rushed as if it was my fault. I saw other workers inside mopping so I guess they were closing early? Frustrating it took 50 minutes and there wasn't even an apology from the service. Probably wouldn't recommend going to this location on any weekday, doesn't look like you're going to be in and out very quickly, or at least park an walk in, the drive thru has no exits, so once you're in you're stuck. If you go in at least you can get a refund and leave before the take 50 minutes to put ice and flavor in a cup.

When I pointed this out, they insisted on charging me again for something that should have been included the first time. The most egregious part was the wait. It took **15 minutes** to receive the corrected cone. Ten minutes into that wait, the staff actually had to ask me what I had ordered *again*. When I finally spoke to the manager, **Emma**, she was completely indifferent. When I asked why it took 15 minutes to produce a single snow cone, her response was simply that she "wasn't sure." As a manager, being unaware of why your workflow has ground to a halt is unacceptable.
