Obviously a frivolous case on so many levels, but the owner has the right due to our judicial system. They replaced the glass on my 2004 Lincoln Town Car, and I now have the annoying sound of loud wind coming from the windshield when I drive at highway speeds. I had their technician come back out at least twice to try to fix the noise, but he was unable to return the car to normal. The technician kept putting me off for months when trying to schedule additional help, telling me he'd free some more time on his busy schedule but then failing to follow through, canceling repeatedly. Eventually, he tells me he's left the company, and the company now refuses to help at all saying my car is too old or that I should've known better that I'd have issues because it's a 2004 or that I've waited too long to contact them or any number of excuses, even after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and providing timestamped evidence of the poor installation. A Better Windshield has also been very unprofessional in their interactions with me, telling me to check my "numerous voicemails" when I had received none and blocking my number because I called them twice in a week asking to receive a return call on this matter.

I'm writing this as a witness to another customer's VERY terrible treatment by the manager of this…read moreestablishment. Today I went in for a simple rock chip repair. While I was waiting, another customer, Justin, was waiting on a replacement window on the rear passenger siden of his vehicle. The manager called Justin up to the counter and told him that they mistakenly ordered the wrong widow and explained no other place in town had it but they could get the correct widow tomorrow. For background, from what I heard in passing conversation between Justin and another customer in the waiting room, Justin is from out of town/state and is trying to get back home. Now, knowing all this, I need you to KNOW that Justin's tone and attitude was PLEASANT. Understandably, anyone would be pissed off, annoyed at the very least, but he was absolutely cool as a cucumber and simply asked if he could get a discount for the inconvenience. The manager, (older white lady, didn't catch her name) IMMEDIATELY gets an attitude with him and says "Well that's what I was going to offer you until you got an attitude". Justin was like, "whoa, I'm sorry, there was no attitude here, I'm simply asking a question because I'm trying to get home." She puts up her hand up at him and tells him that he needs to calm down. Me: *shocked Pikachu face* Me and the other gentleman in the waiting room are like, "Whoa, WTF is HER problem!?" She then escalated things further to the point where Justin is now genuinely and justifiably upset. Even then, he's not rude, he's not swearing, NOT EVEN yelling, raised his voice a little, because who wouldn't, but NOT yelling. This woman absolutely did this poor guy dirty, he did NOTHING wrong and witnessing the manager's crappy attitude, behavior and poor customer service skills was absolutely disgusting!
