After spending about 30 minutes talking to Andrea about prices/deals, I left empty handed so that I could compare to other places. Little did I know that I wouldn't find any better offers or quality in customer service. So two weeks later, I came back and luckily was greeted by Andrea who remembered me. After about another 30 minutes of deliberation, I walked out with a new Simmons Beautyrest mattress, box spring, waterproof/bedbug proof/allergy proof covers, two memory foam pillows, and a quality metal bed base. Oh and it was all delivered the same day too. Andrea was also extremely professional and receptive to any questions or concerns I had with products and made sure I was given the best deal possible. She even looked up competitors to compare prices for mattresses and in a couple minutes found prices even cheaper than I was able to find in the two weeks I spent searching. There wasn't a single moment I felt pressured to purchase anything by walking in. She was however the only staff member working at the time so you may not get the attention you want if it's real busy. But when other customers walked in, she was very accommodating towards everyone.
