Upon delivery, even thought the items were wrapped in plastic, my queen pillow top had tears on the side of it. I then called over a weekend and spoke with a new salesman who said that was really strange but would make sure a manager calls me to discuss it. A month later, still nothing. I called and left a 3rd message with a woman salesman. Still no call back. I figured I was stuck with an ugly bed... but whatever. Now, about 7 months later, this bed is complete crap. My back is hurting and I can feel an indentation in the middle. To prove this theory, I placed a can of soda on the edge of my bed and sure enough it rolled to the middle. Not only have I wasted my money... $460 during a sale, but now I have to get a new bed and it hasn't even been a year. The customer service was great when they took my money but the fact that I can't get anyone to call me back is more than a little ridiculous! I'm almost positive they sold me a crap bed to make a sale rather than to help my sleeping problem. Horrible. Save your money and work with a company that does what they say they will.
