Even though the homeless seem to be everywhere around there, and nearby because of the bus stop and other people, where are they not. Their creations are ALWAYS on fire & they have so many to choose from. Currently, the Falling in Chocolate creation they have for Valentine's Day is my favorite. It's creamy, has delicious brownies in it & it just hits the spot. The store is usually clean, as well as the restroom. The area inside is pretty large compared to the other location & there's seating outside as well. Customer service is hit or miss though. Sometimes, we're greeted with warm welcomes & other times, it's like they can't wait to get you out the door. The latter being more frequent. I hope the young people who work here realize how capable this location is but their attitude definitely makes or breaks the experience as a whole.

Soon as I walked in I am always greeted with a smile. Of all the times I've gone I've only seen two employees but both very nice. Pricing is really affordable compared to other places and the treats are always really good. I definitely recommend their tostilocos and fresas con crema but my family really likes their ice cream. When I brought it up to the cashier, instead of fixing it or apologizing, she told the girl who made it to just add Hot Cheeto Puffs on top to cover up the chile powder. That was not what I ordered, and no apology was given. We still paid to avoid making a scene, but it was very disappointing. This was horrible customer service and I will not be coming back.
