My experience has been wonderful. Starting with Maureen. She did my intake. She was very understanding and empathtic . She was able to make my very stressful situation into a more trustworthy, and relaxing situation. Being in a DV situation can be intimidating and frighting and the visit supervisors made sure there was no contact. Brandon is hard to get ahold of, not responding most of the time, but I had an easier time when I text him. Brandon is very no nonsense. But very nice guy. very at good at sending the schedules. I no longer need visits, but if I needed to do it again, I would for sure use them . read more

Dishonest: Brandon (Owner) that texts from the # listed above is an "ambulance Chaser". He is taking advantage of Mothers in a vulnerable situation. I only can speak for myself but, I only have been able to get a reply via text: he will not return my phone calls or answer my questions. When I call Brandon, (owner) he does not return any of my phone calls. Brandon told me what the cost was for this visitation, but then changed rates on second check. Ultimately the dad refuses to pay for the visitation. Brandon originally offered that he would be willing to reach out to find a more cost-efficient solution for me so that I can see my son. The next day, he backpaddled and said there was no cheaper option. I was able to locate an alternative provider on my own. The part that bothers me is how this company can position themselves as altruistic when they had no intention of helping for the greater good irrespective of their rates of service. There were discrepancies in the reporting as well as some overstepping. Specifically, I that the second report containing dialogue statements made by me at my home visit with my son that were not verbatim. The supervisor also critiqued and made judgement on my infant, who was not part of the role she was in. I will only continue to support businesses who foundationally run by integrity, honesty and principle. This is not an honest business who leads with integrity or children's best interest. They simply want to make a profit. NEVER AGAIN read more

Does not take domestic violence or safety seriously or follow through with their own policy. My husband started bringing people to the visit to sit in his truck in order to video, take pictures of me and intimidate me while he was inside for the visit. After the first time Brandon Moore made a pretense of concern saying that the visits will not be used to play games and added to the visit details that services would be terminated if anyone was caught videoing the exchange again. Well it continued and he cropped those pictures of me and my vehicle and used as "evidence" to file a false police report accusing me of a felony: putting an AirTag on his vehicle at the visit and going to his house and shooting 2 windshields. Fortunately, it was was thrown out for "credibility" issues. A couple of weeks ago he brought his father to the visit and the supervisor witnessed him again holding up a phone, like had happened before, as I was picking up my daughter. I called Brandon Moore 3 times over a week and he never returned my call and he had the supervisor tell me visits would not be terminated, although, he still includes that they will be terminated if someone is caught in the visit details. Update: I just returned from a visit and he brought his dad again and now parked on the backside where I usually drive around and where he cannot be witnessed by the supervisor. Working with Brandon has made a potentially negative experience into a positive one. With anyone else the outcome for me and my kids could have been much different. He goes out of his way to accommodate and adhere to requests. I highly recommend him and this company. Thank you Brandon!!! read more

Sno-King Visitation Center was a fantastic resource. Brandon was responsive, clear and personable. All documents were sent promptly before visits started and he answered any questions I had regarding visits. He was informative and prompt when sending out the weekly visit information or cancellations. The supervisors were great as well. They always prioritized keeping the same supervisor for visits when possible which allowed my child to feel comfortable and familiar with them. Drop off and pick up was always clearly communicated and our child was top priority. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Sno-King. read more

While you'd never imagine that you would ever be faced with having to go through the motions to where you're having to work with a service such as Supervised Visitation, or even having to do Exchanges as you are only trying to make the best decisions, and navigate through life, I have to say that Sno-King Visitation has made it so much easier for us. I have had nothing but the best experiences with Brandon Moore, the owner. He's gone ABOVE AND BEYOND! He's always available to help with any issues, and guide you through this process with great resources and tools to make sure that you're only utilizing the best practices in regards to the situation. His staff thus far is amazing! While we have had "Guy" as our Supervisor, he was AMAZING! He was so tender with my son, and myself in ensuring that he was not going to allow anything to compromise our interests, especially and rightfully first our son. He has been missed as well! My son still says he is a good friend! We've moved into the exchanges and it's also very hard, and like Brandon told me as the custodial parent, "There is not a manual for this!" And there isn't! Yet he has worked hard to help through all of this, and I am so impressed with this company, and the work they do. I know that others have it much more difficult than our situation, but they don't discount any of the parties issues and have only provided and exercised great care and support! I wish things were different, and that is not on anyone else but they're all empathetic and supportive! If you find yourself in need of this service, I felt so safe and do with the staff and the amazing documentation. Guy is the BEST supervisor, and Brandon is always happy to help! Best wishes to all, and I hope that we all can make life better by understanding the care needed, as they've provided to better our futures. read more

I have been using Snoking for the past year and a half while I was waiting on a custody trial for my daughter. It was hard enough having to have a supervisor present while I saw my child but Cynthia at Sno-King made each visit at such ease. After spending so much time with her, she actually became a friend and we will miss her much. Brandon was always very responsive and always got back to me in such a timely manner all while coordinating visits with my ex. I highly recommend Sno-King for family supervised visits as they are amazing and went up to bat for me in court. I'm going to actually miss them!!! read more

I used Sno-King visitation for at least 6 or 7 visits. While I will give them credit for the facility being nice and appropriate, the first supervisor I had being decent and unbiased to my knowledge, I'd file a serious grievance if I knew where to report them for: Failure to report violation of a court order - My ex refused to let me see our kid and Sno-King didn't care and didn't report it Failure to report inappropriate conduct to court - The second supervisor I had said some inappropriate things to me. She gave me an explanation to a question that I didn't even ask, about something my daughter did during visitation. The things the supervisor told me about my own daughter were none of her business, it wasn't her place to tell me what she did, and there was no reasonable way for this person to know what she told me, unless it was something my ex told her to say, or she happens to be friends with my ex, neither of which are appropriate or acceptable. After the above, she explained why what I'd just witnessed during visitation should only be viewed through a certain benign context, and not to worry about. When I read the court report later, that entire conversation was omitted like it never happened. The stuff this lady tried to explain away and "dont worry about", the court didn't need to know we talked about that. Please avoid at all costs if you ever hope to or expect to see your kid ever again read more

We used sno-king visitation for a year twice weekly! We were highly satisfied with all the supervisors that's we had over the course of that time and we were always treated with respect. They were very accommodating to our changing schedule and did their best having a supervisor at every visit driving sometimes from hours away. We appreciate all sno king visitation has done for our family and the role they played in making our family whole again! The reports they wrote from every visit were instrumental for us in a situation where we didnt have a voice! Thanks for making this difficult time in our lives a bit easier! read more

I highly  recommend this facility. The level of service and professionalism was extraordinary. The social workers were knowledgeable and experienced. Their reports were detailed and constructive and included in the overall price. The facility felt like a childcare center, with a nice selection of age appropriate toys and comfortable furniture. The entire staff was always neutral and they really helped to diffuse any potential conflicts. They always went out of their way to accomodate my schedule, and they allowed us to walk to the park and spend time outside in nice weather. This place was truly a godsend. They allowed me to interact with my son in a gentle, family environment for 15 months. Their testimony in our court case was an immense help to me and my child. I cannot recommend them more highly. read more

At the most vulnerable time in mine and my children's lives, I feel like it was a miracle that these people were brought into our lives, by court order. When there was so much confusion and chaos, Sno-King was a peaceful constant in our lives. Never before in my life have I met such professional, caring and dedicated people. Brandon bent over backwards for my children, as did Henrietta. This was a very complicated situation and it kept getting worse. My Children refused to visit their father and I was being accused of alienation. With all of the confusion and mess, Brandon and Henrietta remained the most level headed, yet kindhearted people I've ever known. When it would have been wise to just quit and leave us to find another service, Brandon and Henrietta worked even harder to assure my children were safe and available for visits. Many times, the details of the visit would change at the last minute and other times the visit was canceled with minimal notice. Still, they did not give up. My boys quickly came to trust their supervisor, Henrietta. Henrietta was not afraid to end a visit when rules were broken, she was able to coax my children to go into the visit, even if just for a short time. I don't know how she did it, but she built a relationship of trust when my children didn't trust anyone. Both Brandon and Henrietta were subpoenaed and had to testify. The remained professional and always had the kids best interest and safety in mind. I owe them both more than they may ever know. If you are lucky enough to have this company working with your family, your children will be better for it. I know mine are, as am I. read more

We had not heard from my ex in almost 3 years and then I received a call from a man named Brandon from Sno-King visitation stating that he would like to set up a visit. At first, I was very confused and concerned about the visit. I did not want to drop my kids off with their father and some random guy. Brandon provided me with his resume and between his experience as a corrections officer and his experience in social work he seemed very qualified for the job. Brandon was very helpful and professional throughout the process. He kindly answered my 101 questions and provided detailed answers to all of my questions and concerns. He provided good information and continued to keep me updated on the status and details of the visit. I feel like he took my concerns seriously and was very easy to work with. He is a father himself, so I felt a little better knowing he was a parent. He invited me to bring the kids to the visitation room prior to the visit so my two young boys could get comfortable with the room and meet him. The visitation room was very clean and stocked full of games and activities. During the visit, I felt safe and I trusted Brandon to keep my kids safe. The visits went very well, and I received detailed notes after. This process ended up going much smoother than I originally imagined. My kids got to spend a couple of days with their dad and I was able to feel at ease knowing they were in good hands. read more
