Terrible experience. Hungover supervisor was late consistently. When i complained to her boss that she was an hour late. The supervisor threw me under the bus to try to save her job, this resulted in me never having access to my child again. You might want to think twice before trusting this two-faced business owner. I worked with them for some time. Unprofessional behavior from the start. As a father you just want to keep them on your side so that was my delay in criticizing her behavior. When i did ask them to be accountable for their conduct what happened is I lost all access to my child. In short they operate by being unprofessional and if you hold them accountable they're willing to destroy your life in order to keep the money rolling. Do not believe that Brandon is in this for any other reason than money. He's there to take advantage of you and make you believe he's there to help. When in reality he is hiring people who don't have the qualification's for the job. My supervisor had an arrest for domestic assault and threats with a firearm. I know for a fact that he was paying her way less than qualified supervisors get paid. That's cause she was desperate. Mother of 3, on welfare, fired from her job as a school bus driver and her job as a city bus driver because she couldn't show up on time. She wad the one driving and she was often noticeably hungover and late. One visit she just passed out and slept the whole time because she'd been partying so hard the night before. I was glad to have that quiet time with my daughter as the supervisor was constantly talking and gossiping about the mother nonstop during my visits. Me perceiving she was on my side just let it slide. In reality both the supervisor and Brandon the owner are vultures with no moral compass. read more

At the most vulnerable time in mine and my children's lives, I feel like it was a miracle that these people were brought into our lives, by court order. When there was so much confusion and chaos, Sno-King was a peaceful constant in our lives. Never before in my life have I met such professional, caring and dedicated people. Brandon bent over backwards for my children, as did Henrietta. This was a very complicated situation and it kept getting worse. My Children refused to visit their father and I was being accused of alienation. With all of the confusion and mess, Brandon and Henrietta remained the most level headed, yet kindhearted people I've ever known. When it would have been wise to just quit and leave us to find another service, Brandon and Henrietta worked even harder to assure my children were safe and available for visits. Many times, the details of the visit would change at the last minute and other times the visit was canceled with minimal notice. Still, they did not give up. My boys quickly came to trust their supervisor, Henrietta. Henrietta was not afraid to end a visit when rules were broken, she was able to coax my children to go into the visit, even if just for a short time. I don't know how she did it, but she built a relationship of trust when my children didn't trust anyone. Both Brandon and Henrietta were subpoenaed and had to testify. The remained professional and always had the kids best interest and safety in mind. I owe them both more than they may ever know. No one wants to find themselves in the position of having supervised visits with their children. But after working with several other agencies, I will say that Brandon and his team of supervisors made that experience as painless as possible. The intake process was easily completed online. Payments are also made easy through an online system. The supervisor on my case was very professional, polite and treated me without bias. There is a stigma of being the "visiting parent" and I never felt that with the people at Sno-King. I felt that the supervisor was not intrusive and after a couple of visits, I was able to just focus on my time with my child. The reports I received were always delivered promptly and contained the pertinent details of my visits. Sno-King has very low rates when compared to other agencies and no hidden costs associated with their services. Brandon was always responsive when I had a question and maintained a high level of professionalism. Even though I wish I was never in the position of having supervised visits, I am thankful that Sno-King was able to help me through a tough time without making me feel like public enemy number one. My supervisor had a documented history with domestic violence she was arrested and threatened to use a gun on her girlfriend. My supervisor also posted to her youtube videos of her encouraging a teenager to beat up another teenager at mcdonalds. She was often late, on Sunday's hungover. She once passed out for 4 hours during a visit. When she was an hour late with no communication as I waited outside my daughters house I texted her boss, Brandon. Brandon yelled at her over the phone during my visit so that my daughter and I could hear. Tia then exhibited the behaviors you might imagine someone to who posts videos of violence to her social media for attention. The supervisor then wrote up an outrageous report about me to try to make me look bad and to save her job. It worked she still works at Sno-King. I haven't seen my daughter in all of 2020. I don't have a history with domestic violence or violence of any kind. read more

Been in a custody battle with my ex for quite some time. I got supervised visitation with my kids and was told it was almost impossible to find a visitation supervisor to do the 1 hr visits that I was supposed to get. I looked around for about 2 weeks before I found sno king. I reached out and within a couple hrs Brandon answered my email. I have been using Snoking for the past year and a half while I was waiting on a custody trial for my daughter. It was hard enough having to have a supervisor present while I saw my child but Cynthia at Sno-King made each visit at such ease. After spending so much time with her, she actually became a friend and we will miss her much.
