My husband has been coming to this barber shop for over 7 years and has absolutely loved his experience each time. Sam always does an amazing job and so have other people prior to him have as well. It seems no matter who cuts your hair here, you'll leave happy. My father in law goes to Rosie (the owner) and he won't let anyone else come near his hair. So when it came time for our 2 year old daughter to get her first haircut there was no where else we could imagine taking her. Irma, did such an amazing job! She was so patient and careful. My daughter didn't cry once and I'm sure because she felt so comfortable with her! I can't recommend this place enough! For your kids, yourself or someone you know. We live in San Bernardino and don't care about making the commute since we know we will leave happy each time! Thanks Snippz family! read more

I wouldn't of did this review if the owner of the shop was more professional (first chair when you walk in to the right... Rosie. Went in yesterday and got a basic bald fade it was blended in pretty bad, I'm not going to say which guy it was because I don't want to mess up his money. Other than the cut he was a cool dude, shit happens I get it but my issue was the way the owner acknowledged the situation. I left the shop after the cut then got in my car and realized how bad it was so I went back in and glanced at the barber and told him I needed to be fixed a bit. Rosie was right there and heard she told him finish your cut and then do it after. Cool so I sit down and not once did the owner apologize or try to initiate in any conversation with me regarding the cut. First off, if a customer comes back in with a bad cut chances are he doesn't want that same barber who messed up to try and fix it. As the owner I feel it wouldn't of hurt to come over and say "I'm sorry as soon as a barber gets free we'll sit you down and take care of you." Nothing like that happened I'm sitting there for almost another 30 minutes waiting and waiting while the owner was already done with a cut and was just sitting at the register instead of offering to fix the cut. A barber by the name of Irma called me over to help, she cleaned me up good and I looked a lot better when she was done. Just off my experience and professionalism of the owner I won't be going back but if you go in give Irma a shot I seen the job she did while I was waiting and her cuts looked clean. Giving this shop is in a nice place like Chino I was just expecting more, it's too small inside and the vibe isn't really my seen but it might be for you. Quick note to the owner: Rosie if an unhappy customer comes in going forward learn to acknowledge them and reassure them that they will be taken care of ASAP just don't let them sit with no communication and even worse you weren't doing anything after your cut and didn't bother to offer any help! You're dealing with working professionals who worked all day, who have a family to get home too, you weren't dealing with a young kid who just has all this time and even if it was a young kid be courteous and sensitive to their time as well when they give your shop business. Remember you're the owner you have to carry yourself as such! Rosie in your response you said I had false statements let's review: You said my appointment was at 5:00pm correct? Clearly it shows in my attached photo my appointment was at 4:30pm (False statement by a business owner who feels its necessary to lie to help her story. Rosie in your response you also claimed I arrived back at 6:15pm let's review: In my attached photo it says 5:55pm at this time I was already sitting for almost 30 minutes. The girl in the pink hair is a barber who was sitting there up and down for over ten minutes. Not once did you say I have a free barber (pink hair) let's get you taken care of. When I took this picture is when Irma (empty chair) just got done and took me. You saw my frustration kicking in I'm sure and finally had me helped. You say you don't know me or didn't cut my hair... exactly thanks for proving my point even more. So why would I even be mad at you and initially not say the barbers name and complain about the barber that messed up? It's easy point blank as an owner you prolonged a customers bad experience with no communication or anything. Had you acknowledged the situation better and reassured your customer I wouldn't of left a review, but you said nothing. Then you message me saying the barbers are independent contractors yeah I know that but you're the owner attend to an unhappy customer instead of not acknowledging when you or another free barber had time to help. You can lie and say you spoke to me of course it sounds good for your case if I had proof on that as well I'd post that too to show your credibility on that also. It's not a good look to question a customers credibility because proof like this happens so it's obvious you have a ways to go then you say in you response you guys can't please everyone. Better yet as a business owner you should say WE STRIVE TO PLEASE EVERYONE. read more

FRIENDLY The business owner is Rosa and she is very friendly. I love the vibe there. Everybody is usually social.. well with my experience which is always nice. APPOINTMENT I highly recommend getting an appointment set up or else you'll be waiting for a long time. It's understandable because everyone is booked. You can either call in to set up an appointment or go on their website and have the option online which is convenient and simple to do. BARBER My barber's name is Sam and he was a chill guy. He did a pretty good job listening to what I wanted. I was satisfied with the way my haircut came out. Overall if ppl were to ask me, "where did I get my haircut?" I'd point them to this spot. read more

Booked an appointment though Booksy and the barber never showed up. I waited for 30 min and the shop wasn't even open.

I noticed on yelp they mostly go by appointments so I called in , and spoke to a lady named Irma luckily she was available for a walk in I booked it over there she wanted me over there 1:15 but I was 3 min late she was very sweet and patient. She was spot on with my hair cut took her time didnt rush it very professional I would Definitely come back Highly recommended Thanks Irma read more

Drove through 8 miles of rain and traffic for a 9am appointment booked through Booksy to discover the shop was closed and no one was picking up the phone. Waited over 10 minutes outside and no show. Disappointing experience. read more

It is difficult to find the right barber shop. I always say that it's like finding the right girlfriend and when you move as often as I move it's always a struggle to find the right place to get a haircut. I've been coming to this shop for a few months now and their service is superb! I understand that people complain about the appointments and wait times but if you've been to a hip, trendy or a popular barbershop then you know that those are the gripes that you have to deal with. Their barbers are great, friendly and very professional. I was throughly impressed with the service that they gave my kid for his first haircut. I honestly thought it was going to be a disaster but I was pleasantly surprised. My boy did not cry once, they made him feel comfortable and made my wife very happy with the cut they gave him. I will keep coming here to get my haircut and my kids haircut for as long as we live in the area! read more

Snippz - My boy's hair before and after getting his haircut. What a transformation! - Barbers Near Me - Chino, California

Snippz has become my go-to-barbershop. This is the first time I've felt so comfortable and at ease. All the barbers are friendly and you can tell that they all enjoy their work. It's always a great time coming in, get to talk to the barber and Rosie the owner is the best. I've been getting my cuts from Joel. He was good at asking and making sure I got the cut I wanted and even recently was able to suggest some nice changes to my haircut routine. If you want a nice clean fade come to Joel. He's really personable and professional and it's always a nice conversation while in his chair. But just looking around at the clean cuts coming out of the shop, all the barbers here are the best and take pride in their work. Would definitely recommend making an appointment online. The barbers are often busy and booked all day. They definitely try to accommodate walk ins when possible, but just save your time and book ahead. read more

almost my whole life i always got meh or bad haircuts but about 2-3 years ago my friend suggested to go to his barber victor. Since that day i've always trusted vic with my hair and rightfully so he's never once gave a bad haircut and he's one of the nicest and most knowledgeable barbers ever as soon as i met him he knew how to fix my haircut and make it better and every time i go he already knows what to give me. I suggest getting cuts from vic he won't disappoint! read more

Just pulled up for a walk In and jaden helped me out right away and gives clean cuts. Super easy to talk too and it's obvious he's super dedicated to the craft. I see him here every time I come and his attitude never changes. Great service I would highly suggest to book with him. read more

Vary busy place. Guess it has to be one of the best barbershop around chino&chino hills area. Everything else seems good, staffs are friendly. But pls note it's a high chance you gonna get your hair cut by a newbie if you don't know any barber in there. read more

Victor is the man! I used to live in the area and now I don't, and yet I still drive out of my way to go get my haircut here. Worth it 100%. Love being able to set up appointments via the Booksy app. As long as Victor is there, I'll be getting my haircut there, simple as that. read more

It always sort of nerve racking going to a new barber for the first time, however based on all of the positive reviews and the convenient location to me I tried them.. Thank God! Such a positive experience!!! Rosie and Lorena!! Both of these women are totally awesome!! Every time I come to the shop I am always courteously greeted and their work is spot on! My only suggestion is to make an appointment prior to going.. You can download the "Go Panache" app on your phone and all their contact info is there! read more

Horrible schedule managing, waited even though my appointment was supposed start 45 minutes earlier. Nobody even addressed me, or asked if I wanted to reschedule. I do not recommend this place. Never coming here again. read more

Booked an appointment for my son with JAYDEN. HANDS DOWN BEST HAIRCUT my son has ever got Thank you soooooo much !!! read more

We love this place! It's taken us awhile to find the right place for my son. The older he gets the less the kiddie places work & some barbershops haven't been the right fit for him. From our first visit & cut with LaLa, I knew we found our new spot and we've been happy since. My husband had his faithful spot but the hours didn't always work with his schedule so he gave this place a try. Irma has cut my picky husbands hair and she converted him to a customer! This is his spot too now. I'd recommend an appt because waiting isn't fun. Everyone is always nice, professional & personable! We've never had a bad experience here and it's hard to imagine the scenario others have. It's definitely worth checking out for yourself! read more

Cool barber don't get me wrong and did a decent fade but it took an hour and fifteen minutes to do.

I had a most pleasant experience when I had my hair cut by Tracy when I went a few days ago. I am pretty particular when it comes to how I like my hair cut and styled, and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I've gone through a few barbers in the past and none of them quite gave me what I was looking for, but Tracy very obviously has a lot of experience and knew exactly what she was doing, because I love how my hair looks! Definitely will be coming back!! read more

Honest to God, no intentions of bashing the whole shop. Though I'm so embarrassed to walk out of the shop looking the way I did. Would rather have my bum ass hair then have walked out like this. Bruh asked for a mid fade shit got lifted to the ceiling. I literally showed him a picture and said this is the cut I always get.... Why did I pull out the pic at the end and it didn't look anything like it. Would love for someone to contact me to clean me up. Maybe I picked the wrong guy. I feel silly as a mf looking like this. Also how are you gonna clean my neck line and leave the rest of it on thr bottom...... read more

I wanted to give this place a try after reading the Yelp reviews. DO NOT try to walk in, they make you feel very unwelcome and tell you to make an appointment and come back (without telling you they'll be charging you extra for the appointment.) I went back the next day to give them a fair chance. The place is clean and modern, they wear uniforms which looks professional. That's where the professionalism stops. While waiting, I saw 4 out of the 6 barbers stop mid haircut to check their phones and/or text. 2 barbers also stopped mid haircut to watch what was happening on the TV and discuss it. Come on people.....can't you give your paying customers 15 minutes of your undivided attention to cut their hair? read more

Always canceling or rescheduling my appointments without asking me like what kind a appointment system is this?

Cizo is the man. Got to him for your cuts. Very respectful and provides a clean cut, with great service.

Updating my review to sadly announce that they added a $1.50 booking fee on top of the $3 appointment fee (additional $4.50). This pricing is pretty insane and doesn't make sense if you ask me.. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that walk ins are IMPOSSIBLE, as they never have time to accommodate them since people with appointments keep rolling in.. read more

Hello, This is so over due but better late then never. Been coming to Snippz since they opened and will continue to go all because of Jazmin. Got my haircut from other well skilled barbers there but now will only have Jazmin cut my hair because see never rushes, very talented and so so friendly. One day when she was cutting my hair I noticed that when customers enter, she and Rosie are the first and only ones to greet the customers and make them feel welcomed. Which is a huge deal to me because makes u feel at home. read more

Made an appointment online with Irma at 11am. Came in early since I didn't want any excuse about having someone ahead of me when I scheduled the appointment ahead of time. Irma didn't greet me upon arrival but had another client already in her chair; she appeared to be just starting! I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt since she didn't receive me at my appointment time and this was my first visit with her. read more

I took my 2 year old to Snippz this morning. I had made an appointment with Alex Fuze yesterday. I couldn't be happier! My son is very hesitant about haircuts still & Alex was so calm & patient. He never made me feel like he was annoyed, even though he ended up giving my son his haircut one side at a time with my son sitting in my lap & laying his head on me the whole time. He was great! I will definitely be back & I'm hoping Alex will be the one to help my son finally get over his fear. The place is very hip, lots of customers, I wouldn't have expected this to be the place to help my son, but the people were really great, giving him high fives & knuckles after he finished. read more

Very impressed by Jayden. We have been coming here for a little over a year and he is always patient with my two boys. My boys are both autistic and they can be a handful when getting a trim.
