According to grange villa motors the car had been fully serviced immediately prior to purchase so this problem must have been missed. Also before purchase a 12month RAC warranty membership was agreed but after purchasing the car they changed this to an 'in-house' warranty. I was extremely dissatisfied with their level of customer service and would not recommend this company to anyone.

The staff in my view are not very friendly and do not explain things in simple terms and always try to talk very technical to you to try and confuse you into getting whatever work they want carried out. There quotes are on the expensive side compared to many garages in South Shields, the work carried out by these guys is of an average standard and is in my opinion not worth the money that you pay to have the job done.
