A great 24 hour petrol station - located on one of main roads in town. They stock a good range of…read morenewspapers and magazines basic food supplies, drinks tobacco etc - great when forgot last minute things or run out of something since they open 24 hours a day. Always one of cheapest petrol prices also matching the supermarkets prices for petrol which is better than most non supermarket forecourts. The 24 hour opening also means there for emergencies when low on fuel and in hurry to get somewhere especially if middle of the night. Staff always helpful and will get items from shop all through the night to sell through window.

Well, take a taxi to Haltwhistle and peek in here. They have a variety of boots and shoes. Can't say anything about their other services for on one day in July, this place totally saved our hiking trip and we got to continue on with no fuss and no muss. Staff was supper nice and helpful. So they have to get 5 stars!
