The entire process was simple & professional. I started by booking on-line and also was able to complete the paperwork and attach proof of rabies vaccination. I received a couple emails reminding me of my appointment. Based on your pet (cat or dog), delegates your drop off and pick up window time frame. After my dog was out of surgery, I received a text advising me surgery went well and he was in recovery. Received email to make payment on-line. Everything was extremely easy and stress free! Picked up my dog at required time frame and he is doing great! Highly recommend - clinic was clean, staff friendly and the entire process could not be more convenient. Plus, the cost of the neuter was about $400 less than my vet.

I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a more affordable option to spaying or neutering their fur baby! The only thing to keep in mind is this is far from a traditional veterinary clinic so here is how your day will go on the day of your pet's spay or neuter: 1. Don't expect any phone calls to confirm or provide information. Everything will be via email/text. 2. Pet to be dropped off between 8-8:15 am. 3. At drop off you won't meet the vet, won't be nearby during the initial exam- you'll literally drop your animal off at the front reception desk. 4. Again, NO phone calls even after surgery is finished- you'll receive an email with information and the invoice to pay (which they urge you to do before coming to pick the animal up). 5. Pickup must be done between 3:45-4:30pm; no exceptions. Overall, we had a great experience and were able to save a lot of money. We were well less than $200 for our cat's spay, a nail trim, and a recovery suit (versus a cone). Much better than the $700+ estimate we received at our local vet. The only thing I didn't love was the lack of human communication. I would have at least like a phone call saying all was well.

I want to make sure I give credit to Snip Vet for taking such amazing care of my little boy Toby! This guy has had a rough go of it, and as such he has become a precious part of my life. I've been nervous to have him get neutered but I knew it needed to be done. I cannot believe I found a place that's not only affordable but caring and compassionate. He only had surgery two days ago and he is already up and being back to his old self. His incisions are tiny and there is no swelling. The pain medication seems to be helping and I'll finish it out. I don't know that he needs it. I would recommend snippet to anyone looking for somewhere to take very good care of such an important part of your family. Thank you guys for being so amazing.!

They took very good care of my two Pomeranians. Didn't meet any of the vets but the staff were very nice.

Saying goodbye to our beloved cat (Samba) after 15 years was incredibly painful, but your gentle care, patience, and understanding made all the difference. You treated not only our pet with dignity and tenderness, but also supported us with such empathy and respect. We will always remember how you helped make a heartbreaking experience feel peaceful and full of love. Thank you for everything you do Dr Julie and Vet Tech Brie for the animals you care for and the people who love them. Your work truly matters, and we are so grateful.

Their website provided all information necessary for making an informed decision for at-home euthanasia, including clear pricing options. Booking was easy, I filled out their online form and within about 15-minutes, I received a text offering additional assistance and the opportunity to book the service for my dog. They do take Care Credit which was a great help. Although I cancelled my first appointment due to my uncertainty that it was indeed time, I was able to reschedule also through text. The doctor, Dr. Frost, gave me a call when she was on her way and was very compassion both over the phone as well as upon arrival and throughout the process. While having my 15 year old dog euthanized was a tough and heartbreaking decision to make, I felt comfort knowing that not only was my dog going through this process in the comfort of his own home, but also by a team who truly cared. I would highly recommend Angel Veterinary Services to others making the same difficult decision, especially for the comfort provided throughout the process.

We had a virtual urgent care call and they were concerned enough that we brought him into The Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic to check in on him. After an ultrasound, they found that he had a mass on his spleen and was internally bleeding, and had to go into immediate overnight emergency surgery. The surgery was successful, and after a 36 hour hospital stay, Barkley is back home and on the mend. While this was such a scary experience and few days, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about The Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic and their team. They are open 24/7/365, and provided around the clock care. Because of the length of his stay, we worked with and spoke to multiple of their veterinarians and assistants (thank you to Dr. Ferguson, Dr. Fleming, Dr. Goldberg, and Dr. Blackmon), and everyone was so kind, attentive, and caring through every step of the process, gave us calls throughout the night with updates and over the past few days to check in on Barkley's progress, and were so compassionate in all of the care they provided. Barkley was in such great hands. Thank you to the The Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic team!

Not long after checking them out my pup told me it was time and we went immediately to them on a Friday morning when they opened. They had the perfect room for him. It was the corner one with the big window. My pup loved being outside and it was the perfect spot for him, he stared outside the window into nature. They gave us a whole cart of treats to give to him and the doctor and staff was so kind and compassionate. The staff from the very first time we walked in to the time I was called to pick his ashes up was absolutely amazing. It was the only time they truly saw him and it felt like they had cared for him so many times before. I couldn't of ask for a better place and staff to have my dog cared for. They were so kind to us and even complimented on how good he was but that was his demeanor, he was always kind and sweet. Thank you Scottsdale animal Hospital! We asked going forward if we could get a room immediately and they said yes and asked if we wanted one with an exit door, so our dogs do not have to go through the waiting room. We said yes. Again never asked that by any vet. You can pay right in the room, another win. We have another dog who needs to be looked at. I can tell you as someone who just moved here, we will use them 100% for all our dogs and their needs! Added bonus we are able to schedule with the same vet going forward, which is great because they get to know your pet and their personality.

They let us make informed decisions for our pets without pushing unnecessary treatments or upsells. One of the biggest things that keeps us coming back is the fair pricing. For example, another vet near us quoted $80 more per injection for the exact same Cytopoint treatment. That kind of price difference makes the drive to Moon Valley more than worth it. They're also incredibly responsive--whether it's getting back to me with answers or fitting us in for an appointment.
