This lady is very disorganized and clearly cuts corners to provide their business quantity over quality. They charged $140 and disregarded my request for a slight trim and gave my dog bold spots and were very negligent. I will never bring any of my dogs here again.

Just for one example, during off-hours, we recently had an urgent issue with our 13 yo cat, and he ended up being hospitalized overnight at an emergency clinic. Over $2k later, after coming home, he still was having same issues, and the emergency clinic still had no further ideas how to help him; we took him to Troutman Animal Hospital. Dr. Novosad determined his problem and was able to correct it, and he was fine after that. She was also wonderful during the process of treating our very elderly kitty Lucy for her many health conditions and so kind when we finally had to make the hard decision to euthanize Lucy. It IS a very busy animal hospital, but they have always been able to fit me in when we had a concerning issue with one of our pets, which is something I greatly appreciate.
