I have really liked every doctor that Teddy was evaluated by. They spend the time to talk to you and explain what is going on. They make reccommendations and provide options and they never pressure you to get something done. Staff is ways nice and they take good care of Teddy. If I call in a prescription it will be waiting at the desk. They send reminders which I appreciate. I purchased their version of pet insurance. Essentially it allows you to pay a monthly payment so those $400 visits don't hurt so bad. I thought I would try it for one year to see if it is of benefit. We shall see. After waiting in the car for over 40 minutes, a call was made to confirm both dogs and what they needed. The tech even told me she didn't know how much longer because the vet arrived late. Once I heard that, I decided to leave and go elsewhere. While waiting in the car, I went on Yelp and noticed other people complaining about the same issues as mine. Walk-in clinics are great, and I have used them especially for vaccinations but in this case, waiting in the car and being at the mercy of a person who isn't very efficient is not saving money or time. I would advise to do your homework and find a vet who is reasonable with charges, and cares about people and pets, especially with waiting.

Well, I actually had an incident where I had to take them there because they were the only vet that was opened on Saturdays. When I got there it was almost like my dog was excited to be there & to see Dr. Robinson! I thought, well...I'm glad my pups are happy & I received excellent service! Honestly, since the new owners, the place has improved tremendously. My dogs & I always loved seeing Dr. Robinson & he really cares about your pet & goes above and beyond to treat them!
