FALSE Advertising!…read more it says, THREE times, on the front page of the Sharkeys Greenville website that "Every haircut comes with a wash, cut, blow-dry, video games, minicure, fun car chairs, a balloon, a lollipop and more" (See images below, all from the front page of the Greenville-specific site) I scheduled an appointment for my two girls (4 and 7) as a 'treat' but when we got there, there was one person running the whole place, and she only scheduled 15 minutes per child. When I asked about the wash, dry and 'minicure' promised on the website, she said "Corporate controls the website, we're only scheduled for 15 minutes per kid, so I don't have time for all that. I'd need other workers to help." The only thing I was able to get was a half blowdry since it's 32 degrees outside and the kids hair had been spritzed wet with a spray bottle. I didn't want to rile at her, but the website made clear promises that were NOT kept. No wash, No style, Barely a dry, definitely no Minicure. The price didn't change though, funny how that happens. Be aware that the website LIES about what is actually offered with "Every haircut."
