When I inquired about having a business plan drawn out for me, I spoke with Angel directly and he quoted me THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS to start my business plan, I'm glad I then found out from a business owner friend that Midland College has a department that helps for free! BAM seems more like it got its name from how they try to bang your wallet. Not going with BAM because I found somewhere to do it for free, they are now writing fake reviews about services I offer. I thought they were a non profit organization? I'd give zero stars if I could, but Google requires to give at least one.

One of the things that I loved the most was that there was a REAL PERSON that answered the phone EVERY SINGLE TIME in the first two rings. I never got sent into one of those crazy mazes of phone systems, press one for this or two for that. A friendly and kind person would answer the phone ever single time and happily take their time on the phone chatting. Companies love working with them too because they listen to exactly what the clients want and go through literally hundred of resumes to find the perfect candidate for the position instead of looking through dozens upon dozens of resumes sent over from who knows where. What I loved the most was that they would reach out to me with jobs that MATCHED my skills and what I enjoyed doing. P.S. You get paid weekly ;)

I dealt with the temp department at first, and all of the staff were available during office hours. If they were in a meeting, my phone calls were returned immediately. They answered all of my questions, and got me over to the permanent department upon realizing what I was looking for. I was in direct contact with Lesley Donnell, VP after that. She was approachable, friendly, understanding, listened to everything I told her, but also used her expertise and connections to established companies to find me a career. I think she understood what I was looking for even more than I did! Lesley replied to e-mails quickly. I would get out of one interview, and she would have a few more already lined up. I had my dream career within a couple of weeks, solely due to her ability to match my character, personality, schooling and experience with a position & company culture it would fit best in. She found me a dream job that I would not have found otherwise, truly. I know that if it had not worked out, she would have easily taken the information and found me a different path to take as well. I spent 6 months looking for a job on my own in Midland prior to trying out a staffing Agency (luckily the right one - Robert Half). I wish I would have walked into their doors sooner.

I applied at Robert Half in the accountemps division. Brittney Murray was my first point of contact and truly wowed me. After our initial interview I felt like I had someone on my side, dedicated to helping me meet my financial need but also find the right fit for a part-time position. They were so efficient, so friendly, and so committed to representing me to potential clients. My efforts to find part-time work before seeking help from Robert Half was burdensome and discouraging. But with them, interview opportunities came so fast. What I appreciated even more was their focus on making sure they placed me in the position that best suited my needs and the client's needs. They didn't trade one for the other. I would call them an excellent matchmaker. The position I found is perfect for my schedule, my family work/life balance, and enjoyable at that! Brittney still follows up with me months later and with the client to see how things are going. I give Robert Half 5 stars for their team spirit and excellence in not only finding quality candidates for the organizations they represent, but also quality opportunities for the candidates they represent. If you are an organization exhausted from trying to fill a position and having no luck, or a person looking for a new career or better fit, call Brittney at Robert Half in Midland, TX today!
