THey honored my 10 yr parts and labor warranty when my coil started to leak (I have had the unit 7 yrs) and replaced it with no extra charges. So far I would recommend them for quick and efficient service.

United AC is the worst. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY. If I could give negative stars I would…read more They were recommended to me for an upgrade project for my AC as part of my backyard renovation. They invested lots of time and effort and came over twice to scope it out. My HOA has to approve these things and requested a few reasonable documents which the other firms working on my backyard renovation easily provided. United would not provide the documents and then ghosted me and would not return my emails or calls. They delayed my entire project by months as I then had to find another AC firm to do the job. The new AC firm readily provided the documents needed. United's conduct was unprofessional and insulting. And they are bad business people. They paid 2 guys to come over twice and then ghosted me.

We got quotes / info from several local companies who were top rated (we really researched it all) and he blew them all out of the water. His is very friendly, caring and definitely the type of electrician you want. Pricing was reasonable. I can't believe he doesn't have a ton of good reviews here on Yelp. He has many great reviews on Angie's List. Get you're estimate from him. You will not be disappointed.

And on top of it was charged an additional $83 because I live in an apartment building. Was told by the owner that they took my word for what was wrong with my system, therefore did not do any diagnostic check and replaced a few parts. Also the service fees are supposed to be for up to an hour, however both times the man that was sent was here for roughly 20 minutes, if substantial checks had been done this could have been solved in one day! Ended up spending roughly $600 for a new breaker, disconnect, and labor!

The owner of Budget Air Conditioning along with a partner installed a brand new air condition…read moresystem in June 2016. A few days later, the system shut down and when we called the partner he explained that the system shuts down whenever there is water in the line. He then came and demonstrated how to clear the line. We had been clearing the line once every week, but recently we've had to clear it several times a day. We called the owner of Budget AC, and he told us he would only come out to help us for a charge of $100. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they first incorrectly install the air conditioning equipment, and then when you have an issue with the faulty installation, they will not take the time to correct their original mistake without asking for more money.
