Eddie was great!! We had an event with preschoolers and families and he was so patient, professional, and accommodating with our preschoolers. He went the extra mile to customize a template that matched our luau theme. Would love to have them back for future events. read more

Many reasons this was a 5 star for me Snapshot LA provided excellent customer service: -Very responsive communication via text and calls -Provided a Paypal invoice and receipt upon request, the invoive provided the option for partial payment (deposit) and accurately reflected staus on their invoice in real time between the time i booked the service and had my event -Very professional from their appearance to conduct (this was a work related retirement event, so this was very important) -Provided information ahead of time on what their needs were going to be so that I could choose optimal placement of the photo booth. -Provided a link for the event pictures to be viewed online and the option to have the pictures be private or publicly posted on their website read more

Eddie was very professional, helpful, and clear about how things work. I called him in a panic (long story, but our original photo booth company cancelled last second due to a positive covid case). Eddie walked me through things and didn't put any pressure on me to make fast decisions. I liked how straight up he was. I would recommend that you are in good hands with Eddie. read more

I have been able to use SnapShot LA for two events now, and both times turned out great! I worked with Eddie both times, and he's very professional and friendly. The first event ran longer than we booked him for and he stayed an extra half hour taking photobooth pictures for the attendees. He's so nice and generous. The second event, as well as the first he was there early to set up and was ready to go at the set time. He's able to customize the prints however you like, and will work with you to get it right. Also, he has a few different backdrops for you to choose from and brings a few extra with him in case you change your mind the day of the event. At the end of the event, he even gives you a CD of all the pictures taken in addition to the prints handed out earlier during the event so you can send it out to everyone that day. Their prices are very competitive so check with them for all your photobooth needs. read more

Where to begin! What a great experience, we are so glad that we chose SnapShot LA for our wedding reception. It added so much to the most memorable evening of our life. Eddie was great he was so upbeat and personable with our guest, on top of that, he took a picture of our center piece and was able to match the photo frames as well as the background to fit seamless with our reception hall. Friends and family all raved about how much fun they had taking pictures; and we also opted for the memory book, which left us with smiles and our guest's little notes for a lifetime! Thank you SnapShot LA and Eddie for adding a whole lot to our most special night! read more

I had the WORST experience with Snap Shot LA. I hired them for our company Christmas party. I paid in advance. I called Eddie the day of the event repeatedly until he finally answered 3 hours before the event. When he answered, he was asleep. I asked him if everything was good to go for the even tonight and he said "Oh, that's tonight?" Very unprofessional. Luckily he sent his brother to do the event. The photos came out very dark and the quality was disappointing. After the event I asked for digital copies. It took until February to receive the digital copies of the photos from the event in December. He kept saying he mailed me a CD of the photos but it never came. I had to repeatedly hound him for the digital copies. The digital copies I did get were not all the photos from the event, just some. I am very disappointed and I will not be recommending them to other clients. read more

I have been using SnapShot LA for a few years to do parties at the senior center where I work. I first met them at my friend's wedding and I was very impressed. Eddie and his brother are very professional and have always delivered the services promised. Their prices are reasonable and I have never been disappointed. At the senior center I have used them for senior lunch parties, parties where seniors being their grandchildren, and for luncheons at city hall where city council and other city managers were present. Everyone commented how fun the photo booth was. They have great props, perfect backgrounds and layouts for the photo strips. I recently used SnapShot for my own wedding and it was the hit of the day! It kept all the kids occupied and everyone had so much fun! So much fun that they were lined up to get in knowing they were almost done so I asked them to stay longer and of course they accommodated with no problem! Eddie also sent me all the photo strips as well as raw photos digitally on Google drive about 2 weeks after my wedding which was such a nice surprise. My photographer didn't get many pictures of our guests and I was so happy to get all the ones from the photobooth. Thanks again Eddie for everything! read more
