We booked FattyKine for our Wedding Photo Booth and they set up a great backdrop with a bunch of cool props! It's important at weddings to keep your guests entertained, so a Photo Booth is a must. Thanks again Dale! read more

Fantastic experience with these folks last night, we hired them for a photo booth in our home as part of a 60th Birthday party for my wife. They arrived as promised, set up outside after agreeing it looked like the light rain showers were done and were almost ready to start when it rained again. With no fuss or complaints they quickly moved inside and set up in the plan B location and then even stayed on a little longer to account for the lost time. Very professional, very attentive and deftly handled all the guests. It was a huge hit, the pictures turned out really well and I highly recommend them. Thank you Shanna & Dale! read more

I had an outstanding experience booking Fattykine for their flip books at a family party I hosted. When I saw the flip books they did for a wedding, and I HAD to have them for my party! Both Dale and Shanna responded quickly and with a lot of detail regarding the theme for my party (Fiesta) and the props I'd like to incorporate. They were even willing to get a few new items to match the theme and I thought that they went above and beyond with that. I really appreciated how they explained to me the set up time frame and process (arriving with enough time before the party, and keeping in mind the shadows cast by the sun as the afternoon went on, etc) so that every detail was covered ahead of time. Dale also worked with me on the design of the front and back of the flip book and showed me a preview of the uploaded design before the day of the party. As the party goers came up to the photo booth and props table, Shanna did a great job of explaining how the flip book video worked. She was clear, simple and so sweet. That helped my guests understand what they needed to do to get the best results (it was all of their first times at a flip book booth). We made so many silly books, it was ridiculous and super FUN. The flip books served as the perfect party favor! Dale did a great job with the printing too, as they came out super efficiently and no one had to wait long. I went to baby shower recently where they set up inside a garage and were equally as efficient and pleasant. I'd highly recommend this husband and wife duo for your party, wedding, bridal or baby shower. Your guests will LOVE taking home a (few) flipbooks and being able to look back on the event with a great big smile. read more

Fattykine - Photo Booth Rentals Near Me - Torrance, California

I booked Fattykine for my wedding this year and unfortunately cancelled because of covid19 concerns. Dale has been very understanding and gave us our deposit back. Throughout our contract and correspondences, Dale's been super professional, accomodating and easy to work with. I asked for some revisions on our contract and Dale was able to adjust per my request. Would 100% book Fattykine in the future. I remember using Fattykine's flipbook services at my friend's wedding a couple years ago and the service they provided was too notch. They had great props, friendly staff, and got the many flipbooks created timely. read more

I worked with Dale on getting a flipbook photobooth for our wedding. He was so quick to respond and answer all our questions (definitely a dream when it comes to wedding vendors!) It was really easy to set everything up and they even sent us a pretty snazzy sample package when we were trying to decide! Full disclosure, the printer on our wedding day did have other plans towards the 2nd half of reception, but Dale poured literal blood, sweat and tears into this thing to get it up and running. He was so professional about it when we discussed it afterwards and was seriously willing to bend over backwards to make it up for us. It's beyond anything I would have expected a company to offer, but you can tell they do care about their business and want to make their customers happy. All our friends and guests really loved the flipbooks and Fattykine delivers on really fair pricing with super amazing customer service to boot! read more

I found Fattykine at a friend's wedding and also saw they do community events which is really cool. I knew immediately I liked their style and wanted them for our own wedding. I reached out to Dale and he is so quick on email communication! Something a bride can appreciate through the wedding planning process for sure!! After I picked out a package, we got into more planning details as the months went by. Dale was so on top of everything, he checked in on us a couple months before to talk about photo strips vs 4x6 photo, the type of background we want, and what kinda backdrop would work for us. I told him I wanted a similar background to a couple on their website and he said he didn't have the original file so I was a little bummed but understood. After a couple days, Dale produced a background for our photobooth pictures that was totally FRESH. It had some elements of the one I wanted before, but he made it "us". I couldn't wait to have our guests see it. We exchanged a couple more emails to go over just planning details, but I could tell Dale had backup plans for questions I could not answer. I never felt worried which is a big plus! Day of the wedding is a blur as many people would say. I didn't even see Dale and his team come in, but heard the DJ say "the photobooth is now OPEN". Whoa, I thought, when that did happen! Lol I later met Dale's wife, Shanna, who was assisting at the booth and it was lovely to meet them in person. They had SO many photobooth props. My guests loved the booth and there was a line every time I looked over. After the wedding, Dale sent me a link to a gallery of all the photobooth prints, as well as making the photos in GIFs! OMG, it was so much fun to watch and look through all our guests' photos. I ordered a USB drive from him with all the photos and GIFs so we can cherish them forever. Thank you so much, Dale and Shanna! You two are the best!!! read more

While there are many photo booth services out there, there aren't many that can beat Dale and Shanna's level of care, energy, and quality. Since day one of communicating through email, Dale was beyond friendly, helpful, and thorough in answering all of my questions. As a wedding vendor myself, I learned a lot just from the amount of time and patience he poured out into every response! On the day of our wedding, Dale and Shanna were all smiles, and our guests absolutely loved them! They brought with them the best, high-quality props and were extremely accommodating to our schedule and needs. I will forever recommend Fattykine not only because you get amazing photos and flipbooks, but also because they come with two insanely kind and hard-working people! :) read more

Best service ever! Shanna and Dale are amazing! Booking an appointment with them was easy breezy, they were really focused on the type of style I was looking for, and they nailed it! I appreciate photographers like them, that take an interest in their customers needs. Me daughter and I had a Mother's Day photoshoot, and not only were they patient with my little one, but they got her to laugh and have fun throughout the whole time! It only took a week for my photos to be ready. My experience was beyond great, and I will definitely continue using Fattykine's services, to capture beautiful memories thank you Fattykine!! read more

My boyfriend and I were able to do a little practice shoot with Shanna and Dale. We had a blast and the pictures turned out great!!! Shanna and Dale know of the best places to shoot and they are a pleasure to work with :) They had awesome ideas for poses and were also open to suggestions and input during the shoot. I would love to have them take our photos again! In addition to Fattykine's photography services, they do flipbooks as well. My sister had them at my niece's first birthday party. The flipbooks were a hit and as expected, their quality of work was impressive. They were both friendly and professional. Overall, I enjoy their services and look forward to utilizing Fattykine for upcoming events! read more

Fattykine. Personable, easy to work with, quality, turn- around time is great, they listen to your ideas and what you envision and make it happen. These are some of the things that pop up in my head when I think of Fattykine and their services. My husband and I have taken maternity pictures with Shanna and Dale, and I also took Mommy and Baby pictures. The quality of the pictures was just fabulous! Unsure of what to expect during the maternity shoot- they put as ease and we received great photos that were turned into canvas prints in our home. The mommy and baby shoot was also fun and the pictures came out extraordinary! I will be using Fattykine for their flipbook services for my daughter's first birthday. I'll repost how that will turn out. I am sure it will be an amazing event because of their quality and personal touches on all that they do. Thank you again for the great pictures and we will be scheduling a family shoot soon! read more

I have used fattykine for the last 3 years now annually to capture moments of me and my dog. The photography duo is able to create movement + depth within each picture all while having fun. As a person who is not a natural model (in a world of selfies!) fattykine helped me feel at ease with each session. By offering simple suggestions and a lot of patience they are able to pose both myself and my dog and capture great shots. They are also willing to try any "ideas" I have and offer great suggestions to help make each shoot personalized and special from overall concept to a special location and potential use of props. After the shoot I still wasn't convince that my awkward poses would make for any great images but after a super short wait I was given a sneak peak and I was shocked at how they came out!! Although I wouldn't submit them for any modeling agency the pictures were so awesome!! Totally exceeded my expectations! Shanna + Dale have a special bond and together with their passion for photography capture those special moments that you will luckily be able to look back on. read more

We had a smooth fantastic experience with Dale and the photobooth at our wedding last weekend. Dale was very responsive via email and gladly provided options for the background, fun props, layout of the photos, etc. The lighting and photo/GIF quality were also great! I definitely would recommend using Fattykine for any wedding or private event. read more

I was so thrilled when I booked my first photoshoot with Fattykine. I had heard great things about their creative eye and approach to taking photos and knew I could only come out with a great product. Fattykine make sure they scout out several locations for shoots so they can have a large variety of choice when it comes to the feel, mood, or personality trait that you want to bring out. We went to an eccentric spot in downtown LA and had so much fun taking pictures against the bustle of the city. While on shoot, both Dale and Shanna were extremely personable and fun to be with. I never felt awkward or unsure of what was going on. They made me feel confident in my posing and always directed me if I did not know what to do. They also got the final edited version of the photos from the shoot to me within a few days after the shoot. This is something I extremely value and they met that expectation! I would highly recommend Fattykine for any event - personal photoshoot, wedding, party, etc. They will add a fun atmosphere to your party and capture pristine photos that stay true to who you are and the heart behind your event! read more

Fattykine has to be the best Photobooth in the business! We booked the flipbook booth for our wedding. During the very stressful time of planning a wedding, we felt very comfortable and confident that we booked Fattykine. Dale from Fattykine was very professional, respectful, and easy to work with. We got many compliments on the Flipbook booth and all of our guest had such a great time - it was fun to see everyone, both young and old, having fun! Overall we were satisfied with the excellent service. Dale always anticipated what we needed and did his very best to accommodate our requests. Thank you Fattykine! read more

Fattykine did a fantastic job working the photo booth for my wedding. In the weeks leading up to the big day, Dale worked with me to make sure they brought all the right props and that the template for the prints was exactly how I wanted it. Looking through the gallery, I can tell that my guests definitely had a lot of fun with the emoji props. Awesome, friendly service! read more

I am a wedding photographer and I have seen Fatty Kine Flipbooks at some of the weddings I have attended. Everyone is always having such a great time. I decided to hire them for my baby shower. It was a hit. All the 60 guests were really getting into it. I'm so glad I hired them because it was the only entertainment at my shower. The video they gave me was hilarious, I will cherish it forever. read more

Best quality photos, very nice and approachable. Quick response and did a phenomenal job!

This review is long overdue. I heard about them when I attended my friend's party. I was amazed by their flipbooks. It was so fun to move around with props as the camera filmed a 7 second video. I knew I had to book them for my baby shower. When I contacted Shanna and Dale a few months before the date of my baby shower, they responded quickly. They were also very kind and open minded to any suggestions. Last July 2016, they arrived on time to set up before the party began. The flipbook booth was such a hit for my guests! Their service was superb. They captured incredible moments of my family and friends during that special day. The flipbooks took only a couple of minutes to print. They even printed a copy for each guest that was in the flipbook. By the end of the month Shanna and Dale mailed me a cool wooden usb with their logo carved on it. The use contained all the flipbook videos from my party. Their package also came with some Hawaiian chocolates! You won't regret booking them for your next event! read more

Fattykine got my then fiance and my attention at another wedding we attended last year. He doesn't typically like to take photos, but at that wedding, he told me he REALLY enjoyed the flipbook photobooth! The day after, we quickly booked Fattykine for our wedding, and we were so glad we did. Fattykine flipbook photobooth was a hit at our wedding! Our guests could not stop raving about how much fun they had making the little flipbooks, which is so different than the typical photobooth. Dale and Shanna are the best! They are so sweet, friendly, and reliable. They were extremely prompt with getting everything done before and after the wedding, including discussing the flipbook cover, props needed, and the highlight video, which is a MUST. Dale and Shanna did an amazing job, and I hope to have them at future events! read more

The Fattykine photo booth was a hit at my twins' 1st Birthday party on September 3rd! Dale did a great job designing the layout/banner for the photo booth pictures. It went perfectly with the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme. They also brought plenty Disney-themed props! All of our guests had a great time making memories in the photo booth! I would definitely hire them again and hope to try out their flip book service in the future. This was my second experience working with Dale and Shanna, as I booked Fattykine for a family photo session in December 2015. Even though my 3-month old daughter cried for half of the session and slept for the other half, Shanna and Dale captured beautiful family photos that I was able to use for our Christmas cards because Shanna got them to us well before the time promised. They always respond very quickly and work hard to make sure that they will provide the best service possible. I have already been recommending them to family and friends! Thank you, Dale and Shanna! read more

I'm not one to write yelp reviews (ever) but I have to give great reviews for Shanna and Dale. As mentioned by the other reviewers, they are very professional. Kept in touch promptly via emails. Showed up early to the photo session. Recommended locations for a shoot for us that turned out great. And despite them needing to shoot our family which included a 1 year old who doesn't smile on cue or look at the camera, they gave us plenty of beautiful pictures. Highly recommend for quality / stylish photos! (also, so much more reasonably priced compared to other photographers in the area). read more

Talent, awesome service, and overall just fun people! We love Fattykine and we know you will too! They have provided service at several events for us from photography to a photo booth. At each event they were on time and were a pleasure to work with. Rates are reasonable and the turn around time is fair. read more

We had a wonderful experience booking Fattykine for our daughters first birthday. Dale and Shanna are great. Shanna was very patient with kids. We received link to download pictures after 2 weeks and all the pictures are fantastic. The snapshot of the event is captured beautifully. Shanna and Dale are awesome! Took my grad pics with them and couldn't have asked for better photographers! Nicest and coolest people ever! They picked awesome places to take them and definitely had great ideas. Would have more pictures taken in a heartbeat. Mahalo! Love you guys! read more

It's been a month and a half since we had them at my brother's wedding. I didn't want to write a review, but I still get angry thinking about how they treated my wife and son. My son has special needs and was using his imagination to pretend a light saber was a gardening tool. He was not hitting anyone with it nor was he running away from them with the toy. He was playing with it near their table of props and they aggressively grabbed it out of his hands and placed it on their table because they felt he was playing with it for too long. My wife saw the whole thing and ran up to them to confront them about why they did it. Instead of apologizing, they told my wife "Where were you??Where were you??" After about 5 minutes of arguing, one of them finally apologized to us. They need to understand that if they are going to work events, they need to have more patience with kids. read more

This is review is long overdue. I was lucky enough to find Fattykine on Yelp and they responded quickly to my inquiry. I hired them immediately for my wedding!! EVERYONE, including the "oldies," had so much fun creating their "7 seconds of fame" videos and receiving the cool flip book within minutes!!! There were plenty of awsome props to use and the backdrop was just amazing. And the covers they created for our flipbooks were so nicely done. What was even more amazing were Dale and Shanna. They were not only professional, but very fun!! I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends and will use them for any future events. Thanks Fattykine for helping make my wedding day so memorable!! read more

Dale was absolutely amazing to work with... he is so sweet and was always very responsive to our questions. He nailed our flip book cover page just by looking at our invitations and save the date. Having a flip book at our wedding was such a hit and we couldn't be happier that we chose to work with Fattykine! Our guests couldn't stop raving about how fun it was and the quality of the flip book! read more

We were lucky to find fattykine for our wedding cause we needed a photo booth but their flipbook idea was the best. All the guests cooperated and enjoyed doing the video and they got there flipbook in a minute (all the props were provided by them too). They did a great job designing our travelling theme layout with our picture on it for the photobooth. After the wedding, they shared with us the flipbook video montage and we love it. We recommend fattykine to everyone who's willing to have a themed event full of creativity and fun. Dale and Shanna thank you so much for everything you've done to us on our big day, we couldn't ask for more and we can't wait to contact you guys for upcoming events. read more

I can't say it enough, Fattykine is nothing short of AMAZING. Dale worked with us every step of the way to ensure that we would have the most fun and memorable flipbook booth for our wedding at Millwick last month. My husband and I wanted something different from the typical photobooth that so many vendors offer and what we got instead blew our minds. Dale designed a cover and back to the flipbook booth that matched our invitations and wedding theme, was there himself to ensure that all the guests received their quality flipbooks, and created a customized highlight video for us after the wedding. The service that we received was not just professional, but genuine in every way. Dale was kind, responded to emails in a timely fashion, and worked our payment into our budget. Planning a wedding was so stressful and Fattykine actually alleviated stress if that makes sense! We couldn't be happier and the guests are still raving about their flipbooks. I would recommend Fattykine to anyone looking for a flipbook booth or photobooth. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Fattykine for making our wedding that much better and for providing top notch service! read more
