Went to buy a disposable vape with the interest of buying a something more permanent. Walked in and was greeted Immediately with judgment and the question of "where's your ID." Gave the rude man my ID and felt like my entire time in that place was full of judgment from the employee helping. Not sure if it was because I was gay, or if it was because I looked younger when I'm actually 22 and my ID states so or maybe he felt like he needed to be "Kansas City's Vape Cop." Won't go back, experience was awful and the employee put an awful taste in my month. I'll just go buy the same vape at the shell gas station for $13 instead of spending $27 and getting AWFUL help. What kind of store owner keeps an employee with no personality and no customer service skills in a customer service job. Coopers had been my sole location to go for about 14 years. I will never give that abomination my business again. I keep trying to buy a vape battery. I had purchased 3 there and at most they only last a cartridge or two. I've tried different kinds. They keep dying so I ordered something they didn't have online. Their in store selection is really poor and what was recommended as their best product looked like a cheap happy meal toy and would break if you dropped it. I decided to just buy the cheapest option at $12. It stopped holding a charge in less than 24 hours. I retuned to the store and the sales girl admitted they were a bad product and tried to claim it was my fault for buying a $12 vape. I expected it to at least last a week till my order came in the mail, it didn't last 24 hrs. If they know it's a faulty product they should stop selling it and not blame me for buying it. They tried to do an exchange but with each experience at Coopers being very poor I don't want to support that store anymore. I will support stores that don't knowingly sell faulty products and don't hire rude staff.
