I wanted to use these images on printed newsletters and online networking sites. Right from booking the appointment to having the photographs taken the whole process was fun and fantastic. When we were deciding on what shots to take, Tristan took command and offered great advice his hospitality was fab too. I have already started to use my images and I have received some lovely comments from family and friends. Having paid for 2 Digi Passes costing £60 we only got 2 pictures I complained was asked to…read morephotograph the passes as we paid for them over the phone to Lego Land Windsor who never sent us an email to confirm the payment and that they would be issued with the booking reference for the 2 day break. Picsolve checked and told me that 2 pictures had been taken when I sent them the pictures of the passes and our booking reference for Lego Land and now say they want proof of purchase. After contacting Lego Land Windsor they said they can't access the payments as their records of payments go direct to the company who own Digi Pass. THEY HAVE REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND FOR THIS AND I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO BUY THE DIGI PASSES AS THEY ARE A TOTAL RIPOFF. PIC SOLVE CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE USELESS AVOID THEM LIKE A PLAGUE
