Having paid for 2 Digi Passes costing £60 we only got 2 pictures I complained was asked to photograph the passes as we paid for them over the phone to Lego Land Windsor who never sent us an email to confirm the payment and that they would be issued with the booking reference for the 2 day break. Picsolve checked and told me that 2 pictures had been taken when I sent them the pictures of the passes and our booking reference for Lego Land and now say they want proof of purchase. After contacting Lego Land Windsor they said they can't access the payments as their records of payments go direct to the company who own Digi Pass. THEY HAVE REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND FOR THIS AND I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO BUY THE DIGI PASSES AS THEY ARE A TOTAL RIPOFF.
