Photo is one of the only places in the region that processes e-6 slide film. Usually you would have to send it off and wait 2 weeks for your slides but Mick Payne the owner will do it in an hour. What is also great about Photo is that they do 'push' and 'pull' processing to whatever requirements you ask for and you would never get this in the high street photo labs. Photo also doing the old fashion printing of photographs with enlargers. They can tint black and white photos to have a sepia effect and all printing is hand done. You can pay more to have the prints made completely to your requirements i.e. burning and dodging areas that need to be darker or lighter, cropping or having the full frame edge showing. It doesn't come cheap but you are paying for quality, something hard to find these days in the world of commodified photographic processing. read more
