Seem like each Snappers restaurant have different menus. This Snappers didn't have conch balls, but they had delicious tender conch and fresh shrimp. I love the lemon pepper powder they put on after the food is cooked. It's delicious! My husband and I shared the shrimp and conch plate and our son had the wings and fries. The line was long, but of course when you want fresh food, you have to wait patiently. Snappers cook your food once you place it. This isn't the location we usually come too, but this one always have what we want and the food is great. We also love their flop which is lemonade and sweet tea mixed. I was actually going to the Jamaican restaurant next door but they didn't have snapper today. So I thought I'd give this place a try. The reviews almost scared me away. But I went inside anyway and the young lady at the register was very polite (unlike what I expected from the reviews). She did explain to one customer that his order was going to "take awhile" since they cook food to order and shellfish takes a little longer to prepare. I like that! The place was clean and she said the floor looked greasy and should be cleaner. Anyway, since it was my first time I ordered something simple - grouper fingers and fries. It was amazing! If a negative number existed, that is what this store would receive. The level of disrespect coming from the cashiers was far beyond anything I have ever experienced. I entered this establishment to purchase food for my granddaughter and her friend. I asked for the lemon pepper to be on the side for one order. After paying, a second cashier asked me if I wanted lemon pepper. When I told her I had asked for one on the side, she gave me attitude and said I would have to pay for that. I asked why there was a charge for what was supposed to be. One would have thought that I asked for her next born child. She was so rude that had to ask what I did to deserve such attitude. She then cursed at me and said I needed to make up my mind. At that point I told her I had no interest in arguing with a child, I am 63, and that her customer service skills needed to be worked on. Her energy was so negative that a Spanish (only) speaking lady understood what was going on. When her daughter asked her, in Spanish, she was able to tell her based on energy alone. I did not mean to write a dissertation, but the energy coming from the 2 cashiers was the worst I have ever experienced and I will NEVER visit this location EVER again. To make matters even worse, the young cashier followed us out of the store and continued to say unkind things to us. May God bless her anyway. Well I take that back, Snappers is my go to this location just wont be. For one since it is all the same restaurant, company (whatever) you'd think the conch salad would be the same? WRONG! When I walked in they were pretty busy. I pre ordered my meals so I only waited about 10 minutes from after I got there to get the food. I thought it was pretty good. The very small side of cole slaw that comes with the platter was pleasantly sweet. It came with 3 Wings, and probably about 8 nice chunks of conch, lots of fries and 2 slices of bread. This is one of the very few times that I've gone to this location and haven't had to deal with someone's nasty attitude. This is a cook to order Restaurant but when you're at the speaker they rush you even though there is nowhere for you to go when you're done ordering.
