These are fries from snappers that I had to finish cooking in my air fryer

This is a complete waste of money I went here and they had nothing but chicken wings. I ordered it which I should've just left, the food was cold and the fries was soggy ( undercooked) I would most definitely keep driving by this snappers. I had to finish cooking my fries in my air fryer. Do yourself a favor save money and go else where

I usually go to Captains in Miami Gardens, but I was rushed for time and I needed to eat something. Went to this Snappers in the plaza 18312 NW Seventh Ave Miami, FL 33169. NASTY NASTY NASTY. Conch fritters was over cooked to a crisp! I ordered a fish and wing dinner. They forgot a fish and ALL WINGS HAD FEATHERS ON It. WHAT TYPE OF BAD BUSINESS, LOW QUALITY, FOOD PLACE IS THIS.

Snappers is never my choice but I was in the area and my stomach was touch my back! All I can say is be ready to wait. I ordered the conch balls, crab cake and a flop (tea with lemonade). Let's start off with the conch balls, it comes with eight and I only had one lol. The batter tasted really sour and had zero flavor. It was filled with conch meat but nooooo flavor. The crab cakes was just okay, nothing special. But the flop was the star of the show, the right amount of sweetness.

Seem like each Snappers restaurant have different menus. This Snappers didn't have conch balls, but they had delicious tender conch and fresh shrimp. I love the lemon pepper powder they put on after the food is cooked. It's delicious! My husband and I shared the shrimp and conch plate and our son had the wings and fries. The line was long, but of course when you want fresh food, you have to wait patiently. Snappers cook your food once you place it. This isn't the location we usually come too, but this one always have what we want and the food is great. We also love their flop which is lemonade and sweet tea mixed. They also have many different other seafoods and specials daily. Either location you prefer, you won't be disappointed.

The customer service here is just terrible. If you don't like dealing with people don't work that type of job, at least try and fake it. The menu here is different from the on 7th ave and 67th. The fries taste like the fried them the day before and then threw them in the microwave so that they're hot. Didn't receive side of coleslaw or hot sauce. The wings were bearable.

I have not ate here in a while. I was craving some good wings and fries so I decided to visit the nearest location to me. Now this location is not in the best neighborhood but hey, which Snappers is. When I walked in they were pretty busy. I pre ordered my meals so I only waited about 10 minutes from after I got there to get the food. I thought it was pretty good. Service inside was in personal and very short. The food was good. They use a lot of seasoning so it could be a little salty. The food was still delicious. I almost forgot how good their wings were. French fries were pretty good as well. Shrimp was nice and crispy. Overall a good experince. I will be back.

    Conch & Wing Platter $15.99

I passed here on a Thursday night when I was craving fried chicken and remembered that I've been wanting to try this place. The drive-thur was packed with cars so I joined the pack and waited about 20 minutes to finally get my food. Like others have noted, service is not great, nevertheless, I was determined to give it a try. I ordered the fried Conch & Wings platter that comes with fries, bread and a tiny side of cole slaw for $15.99 plus a side order of the Fried Okra. The fried okra was delicious. The fried chicken wings were pretty good and had a nicely seasoned batter with a light crunch. The fried conch was tasty but a bit too tough. The very small side of cole slaw that comes with the platter was pleasantly sweet. It came with 3 Wings, and probably about 8 nice chunks of conch, lots of fries and 2 slices of bread. I could only finish half the platter as it's a lot of food. Overall their food is good but a bit too salty. However, I would go again.

Captain Jim's has the freshest seafood in North Miami…read more We often dine in, but occasionally we've also taken fish or lobsters to grill when tailgating etc., and it's always way better and fresher than what we would have picked up anywhere else. Choosing which lobster or yellowtail from the ice counter you want them to prepare, and how you want it prepared, is a fun part of the dining experience for us. Occasionally they have hog snapper or another fresh catch available. The fried lobster tail was fantastically seasoned with a little kick, and I've never had it prepared this way, chopped up into bite-sized pieces. Very filling and we could have shared one, but we still managed to devour both tails and left very full and satisfied. Each tail, including one side, was about $40 - but market price items vary based on size and weight of what's available that day. There are also plenty of less expensive options on the menu. One of my favorites is the yellowtail sandwich. And if you get there before 7:00pm you can order some oysters and lobster croquettes from the happy hour menu. Captain Jim's is a casual and comfortable restaurant with marine decor where the food is the star. Service is always friendly, helpful, and attentive.

The ambiance was really solid and the service was great. Our server was friendly and gave some good recommendations. For food, I ordered the birria quesadilla and the Voodoo Cajun pasta with chicken and shrimp. Both were really good, but the Voodoo Cajun pasta was definitely my favorite. It had a nice Cajun kick and the chicken and shrimp combo worked perfectly together. Super flavorful and honestly one of the better pasta dishes I've had at a place like this. The birria quesadilla was also really good crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. I also tried two beers that were recommended, including an IPA, and both were great choices. If you're into beer, they obviously have a huge selection so it's a good place to try something new. Overall, great food, great drinks, great service, and a really good atmosphere. I'd definitely come back.

World of Beer 1 star…read moreand that's only because the servers were kind. I stopped by World of Beer yesterday and honestly... it was a disappointment from start to finish. The girls working the floor were friendly and doing their best, but the problems here go way beyond them. This feels like a corporate issue, not a staff issue. The food was cooked in seed oils, which already kills the quality and flavor. You can taste the heaviness and the cheapness. For a place that markets itself as a craft‑beer spot with elevated bar food, that's unacceptable. Then the check came and that's where it got worse. Corporate is nickel and diming customers with extra charges, little add‑ons that don't go to the servers and don't improve the experience. It feels sneaky, and it leaves a bad taste in your mouth before you even walk out. The staff is paying the price for decisions they didn't make. They're trying to be nice, but the system they're working under is broken. Overall: Good people, terrible corporate practices, low quality cooking oils, and a bill padded with nonsense. Not worth it.
