She respected and addressed every question we had throughout the process. She anticipated our needs and sent us paperwork ahead of time to complete. She has incredible patience and is very prompt with her responses (through text and email). She has an incredible knowledge of the area including the strengths and weaknesses of each area of the city and how it would best fit our budget and lifestyle. From the moment we first contacted Kara, she was incredibly responsive, professional, and insightful.
