I'm the type of person that could avail with more business and office equipment. I mean who…read morewouldn't love to have their copy machine, but considering I'm too cheap to buy a printer it's just not in the cards! That's when a place like Business Depot comes in handy. They've got all the equipment I wish they had and for a small charge they let me use it. They provide photocopying services and printing. They also do all kinds of stationary work and printing, so if you want some stationary togo along with that make believe business, you can't go wrong.

Although this place is a bit pricey compared to having things printed online at places like vista…read moreprint, Reads was the cheapest place I could find in the city for business cards. I particularly liked that I could design my business card using their website, use my own logo, and not have to go through a physical person. I do, however, really wish they had more design options on their website. The only reason that I did not go with an online printing company this time, was because I needed the business cards faster than they could printed and mailed to me. My business cards were ready in less than 48 hours. I wasn't going to be in town that day (a thursday) and asked if I could come in over the next few days. I was told that was no problem at all. When I did finally get in on the following Monday to pick them up, I have to admit I found it a little difficult to identify where their front door was. there were a few areas with a door open from the footpath that said "staff only." But, eventually I navigated my way to the entrance, was quickly helped, and my cards were given to me. Before a book launch I also had a few posters printed here, they were very helpf ul and informative in terms of helping me pick the correct size and number I would need. All in all big fan!

We were in downtown Dublin and looking to buy a ticket for one of the "hop on hop off" type bus…read morerides. We were helped by Noel (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly lol). He was super friendly and took all the time in the world helping to describe the different bus tours and the stops he would recommend on each and why. As if that wasn't awesome enough, he also laughed at some of my jokes, which if that doesn't exemplify "above and beyond customer service" ... I don't know what does!! :). Last week I had to fax 20 sheets of paper. They charged me €30 euro for the privilege!…read more The layout of the place is awful, people have no privacy on their computers, you can hear people perfectly as they talk in the phone boxes. I will say the staff are very pleasant, but you know it's bad when they tell you that they overcharge, well the boss insists that they do. They also recommended another store, now that's bad.

They sorted me out really quickly, I brought all the documents I wanted to print in a usb stick so I was able to just use the computer there and choose all the different print settings I needed and send them to the printer, it was pretty straightforward. Staff was nice, but they could've been a little bit more helpful - I was leaving there with about 90 printed pages and they didn't even offer to put them in a pouch or a paper bag for me, instead I had to ask for one - and then they provided it with no problem, but this is the kind of thing that makes the difference between four and five stars.

You get to pay less the larger your print job needs is. At most other places, that would go the other way around. The staff can also work with you to get same day turn around on whatever you have. I've typically walked in with a flash drive, explained what on it needs to be printed, and I walk out within 30 minutes. Color and black/white quality have been standard. *You can make a special request for photo quality paper or CV/Business related paper. That extra professional touch is worth it for cents upgrades.

I have plenty of experience of being told that your picture is a cm too much resulting in you rushing to get it redone only to rush back to the particular embassy again, not fun. If on the other hand you are looking for other photography services than yes, they are industry standard prices. They also sell office and photography equipment. They are pleasant enough although the guy I dealt with for my photos got the size wrong, actually he got it wrong for a lot of people and he never apologised, he just acted like we were bothering him.
