This owner and I went back and forth on dates and acted like I was putting her out by asking for a Friday. We agreed on a date and time for just over a week from now and she asked for CASH stating she didn't know if this was a scam (but clearly she can see my profile and hundreds of reviews here on yelp). Once she believed I was not a scam, I then decided to read her reviews on and off of yelp and found out the reviews are mainly negative and I believe many have been deleted from the site since the ratings are low but she had only a few good reviews. I need someone reliable, someone who knows how to clean thoroughly (like I stated I am military and expect exceptional service especially since she is at the top of the pay range for services). I also need someone who is professional and treats their customers with the same respect regardless of whether they hire her or not. I decided it was in my best interest to cancel shortly after the booking was confirmed and thank goodness I did!!!! Veronica (the owner) responded in the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL WAY that not only did I report the conversation, but I am now writing this review to WARN other potential customers of her unprofessional, angry, and exceptionally RUDE behavior towards me. As a customer, I don't owe you anything but respect and I gave that until you were rude to me! I don't owe you a job, or my hard earned money defending this Nation. I will give respect and honest reviews at all times (hence this horrid review) but I will also ensure future customers know you have terrible customer service!
