The office staff was welcoming, the dental assistant who did my Xrays was kind, patient and quick. Best of all, Dr Brock did my cleaning without hurting me a single time. As I drove to my appointment, I had a migraine. She was so gentle, a few times, I nearly dosed off. I have a couple tiny cavities that she will take care of in a few weeks. Next time I will have a regular hygienist for a cleaning. Someone had an appointment so Dr Brock stepped in. Very professional but also very relaxed. When I explained my phobia and need to know exactly what would be happening at all times, that is exactly what I got. So, I am not going to yay! Can't wait to go to the dentist! But, I will say, I am not afraid. You wont be either.

When I told them about Alpha Dental they just shook their heads and said they would never treat their patients like that.

Upon questioning them, I was met with a confrontational attitude, unwillingness to remedy the situation, and threatened with more charges from times I had previously re-scheduled other appointments.
