I highly recommend this company Samad the owner was respectful honest and on time , we had great communication text wise and in person. He fully answered all my questions and concerns. I have a koi pond near my pavers and he took that into great consideration to keep my fish safe . After he cleaned them and sealed them there were a couple of spots that he was not happy with so ( I didn't notice) he added a bit more product to his satisfaction. I have to be honest my patio pavers this season will be 3 years old and after he just only cleaned them I then remembered ohh yea!!! He was to also "clean" the gutters. Later when my husband got home and checked out the job we found missed areas and an actual branch still hanging out of the gutter. Upon notifying Bob of our dissatisfaction he informed me that my house is three levels as oppose to two (I didn't know basements count) and defensively stated he never mentioned using a ladder although the original work write up stated "if ladder needed". They made sure to schedule my house as soon as the windows were available. Fortunately it was his experience that steered us to a unit that was likely in stock and would prevent an extended back-order waiting period. Once the unit arrived, his team was immediately dispatched in full protective gear for the install. However, it was once the install was completed we realized we chose the right contractor. A small install hiccup brought Mike himself to our home at 8:00 at night to correct. THAT'S what you expect from a top caliber company. Something you really don't see in contractors these days.
