I have never come across such attitude and lack of professionalism…read more Very poor facilities: - ugly toilets located in building's cellar - treatment rooms are old and tired - squatters style - questionable cleanliness and quality of (as it seems very old) equipment Veeeery far from Swiss standards. A place to avoid. The only positive thing about the place was the loveliest girl who was giving me treatments - I hope she will find a different employer and great place to work.

This place is a scam. They cancel appointments last minute and try to come up with a fake excuse…read more My appointment was cancelled twice (!) after I have already arrived. Instead of offering an apology the manager was very impolite. In the end, they just took our money and ran away.
